Hi! I have 2 questions :
1. I heard about an best and all policy with yum for 64bit arch .. how
can i change the policy to best as is annoying to have doubled packages

SVN hell!
Hi!
I'm trying to install SVN on a latest version of CentOS (5.3). I just did:
yum install subversion
yum install mod_dav_svn
Then i edited /etc/httpd/conf.d/subversion.conf
and here is the content:

That's probably irrelevant to this problem:
"yum install mplayer" fails. Here's what happens:

I''ve been toying around with puppet and something happened that seems

yum update success+failure
Just doing "yum update" on two machines (and only two), both centos
5.10, one of them updated something like 22 packages, the other just 4.
Packages which were updated on the first, but didn't get updated on
the second machine include: gcc, httpd, kernel-2.6.18-398.el5, and
probably a couple more. Trying the update on the second machine again
(a few times), it always ends,

Equivalent RHEL package for CentOS httpd package?
I'm trying to find out if a particular RedHat patch has been ported to
CentOS yet.
In particular, this vulnerability: CVE-2011-3607
According to this: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2012-0323.html it
has been patched as of httpd-2.2.3-63.el5_8.1.x86_64.rpm
Now, in the latest CentOS repository, I find
httpd-2.2.3-63.el5.centos.1.x86_64.rpm
Is this the same (or later) release? I suspect
