thing back to what it should be except for new directories media

Multiple samba instances on same machine in v4.8 and beyond
This is a long shot as it look as though this may not be supported anymore. Since moving to CentOS 7 we have been using the instantiation feature of systemd to run multiple winbind and smb instances on a single server as part of an HA setup (pacemaker/corosync). In testing samba version 4.8 and beyond we have found that this doesn?t work anymore, or rather the client tools are unable to

heartbeat 1.2.5 on CentOS 5?
Hello,
Has anyone got Heartbeat 1.2.5 (latest Heartbeat 1 version) to compile
and run on CentOS 5?
I downloaded the source but hit difficulties compiling it, presumebly
because it was never quite tweaked to run on the latest version.
Thanks,

heartbeat segfaulting on CentOS 5 x86_64 (xen guest)
Hello,
I'm having trouble running two linux-ha heartbeat nodes and have them
talk to each other (or actually one of the nodes just doesn't work
even for local basic admin stuff, including a simple "service
heartbeat stop") and apparently it all boils down to the following Bug
in Linux-HA: http://developerbugs.linux-foundation.org//show_bug.cgi?id=1678

heartbeat-2.1.2.el5.centos is released for i386/x86_64 for both CentOS-4
and CentOS-5 in the Extras repository.
We have been working very hard with the Linux-HA guys on this one. It
should be working fairly well.

OCFS2 & Using the private interconnect with jumbo frames for heartbeat
When using OCFS2 in a Oracle RAC set, one would configure OCFS2 to use the
private interconnect address ( in cluster.conf).
Are there any known issues / reasons not to have the private interconnect
set up for jumbo frames when using in conjunction with OCFS2 ?
Thanks

Heartbeat + DRBD cluster : What are the config files to set in the shared volume ?
Hello,
I'm testing a HA cluster using Heartbeat and DRBD.
I've moved /etc/samba /var/log/samba /var/run/samba and /var/cache/samba to the
shared DRBD volume.
My problem is that I don't know if these are the only files I should move in the
shared volume, I can't find a doc listing all the files used by Samba.
Are there other files I should move to the shared volume so that the

Problems with IAX on heartbeat provided ip address
Hi!
I'm trying to build an HA system using heartbeat for failover.
Everything works fine with SIP, but I cannot connect my IAX phone to
the asterisk server using the managed IP address. Here is the
configuration of the server (asterisk and the IP address are up, 'ip
addr' and 'netstat' output):

[PATCH]: Heartbeat/Watchdog Patch
Dear Developers,
I've released a patch against openssh-2.5.2p2.
The patch adds heartbeat (keepalive) function to ssh(1),
and watchdog timeout function to sshd(8). The watchdog
timeout is intended to terminate user's processes
as soon as possible after the link has been lost.
