similar to: where is CENTOS 5.2 DVD ISO???

I am trying to find a DVD iso that is not a torrent, and looking through the mirrors I am unable to find one. Does anyone happen to have a mirror or repository that they know of that carries the DVD iso for direct download? I am behind a pretty strict firewall and am unable to do torrents. I've been trying for 2 weeks to download the dvd iso torrent... Shows a ton of seeders, few leechers, but very poor performance.. (I'm correctly setup for torrents and get fast downloads normally) Only like 4% downloaded and crawling. I've tried the trackers from every one of the mirror sites. I can't use the net install because the systems I am installing are on a closed network.

We are tried to count how many files belong to certain group. Our system administrator told us "non-owner" can easy change file group name to another. I have been tried several combination and never successful (only ROOT can change file group to other name). Does anyone know how "no-owner" can change file group name? Thanks.

we plan to setup our ORACLE database server (32 bits DB) and use dell r900 server. This server can put up to 128GB RAM. We are thinking use 32 bits CENTOS 4.7 or 5.2.
