VFS audit
I would like to turn on auditing for a particular share and have all auditing go to the username.machinename.log files. If I turn on audit then no matter which way I configure it, it either goes to just syslog, or both. My goal is to just log to the samba files and take the wieght off of syslog. I have searched and searched but can't find but a solution that works. Any help would be

Stir-Shaken for asterisk
A few weeks... like in a year and a few weeks: https://transnexus.com/blog/2020/fcc-mandates-stir-shaken/ Some interesting bits in there as well, like: "These rules do not apply to providers that lack control of the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN." Bug#414040: kernel: xen_net: Memory squeeze in netback driver.
Hi, you have to limit dom0 memory on two places, xen hypervisor option and xend config. In this example below I limit memory to 256MB: /boot/grub/menu.lst 87c87 < # xenhopt= --- > # xenhopt=dom0_mem=256M /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp 120c120 < (dom0-min-mem 196) --- > (dom0-min-mem 256) After changing /boot/grub/menu.lst you have to run update-grub and reboot the machine. Stir-Shaken clarified
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/STIR+and+SHAKEN The Wiki above is misleading in what Stir-Shaken means and how it works. End users cannot get a certificate, they cannot self-certify their calls. Somebody completely misunderstood the model. I am afraid the moment will come and thousands of Asterisk operators will be unable to terminate calls. To start with, the model is a hierarchical

Editing the variables attributes section in the netCDF header of netCDF files created using the package ncdf.
Hi, I am using the package ncdf to create netCDF files and I want to mimic the the header of an exiting netCDF file created outside of R. Below is what the existing header looks like (part of it that is different): netcdf ccd1984_05_08 { dimensions: lat = 1974 ; lon = 1894 ; time = UNLIMITED ; // (1 currently) variables: int time(time) ;

Question about Sip Trunks who support Stir Shaken
I am looking for a decent provider of SIP Trunks but it has to pass the Stir Shaken token to the next carrier. Does anybody know about any? Sipstation from Sangoma, does not support Stir Shaken. ( Case #01466843 / 0013000000G8PLG / MAIN / Open [ ref:_00D306mPe._5004U1BlBLF:ref ]) Although it's mandatory, somehow they think it's ok. Go figure. -------------- next part -------------- An

Bug#784880: [PATCH for-4.6] tools: libxl: Handle failure to create qemu dm logfile
If libxl_create_logfile fails for some reason then libxl__create_qemu_logfile previously just carried on and dereferenced the uninitialised logfile. Check for the error from libxl_create_logfile, which has already logged for us. This was reported as Debian bug #784880.
