nut-2.6.5:rhino.c:190: bad if test ?
Hello there, Offending source code is ????? if(? ( BattVoltage> 129 ) || ( BattVoltage < 144 ) ) Maybe swap || for && would be better. This problem I found by using cppcheck. It said [rhino.c:190]: (warning) Logical disjunction always evaluates to true: BattVoltage> 129 || BattVoltage < 144. Regards David Binderman

Getting R graphics into MS Word (more)
Further to my earlier question. Thank you to: John Maindonald, Ramon Diaz-Uriarte, Brian Ripley, Alvaro Novo, Simon Bond and David Scott for your helpful replies. I have looked at the problem in some more detail. I am using Rgui.exe Version 0.64.2 (July 3, 1999) running under Windows NT To demonstrate the problem, I run the program: > win.graph(width=5, height=3) > data(women) >

R Interface handholding
Hello, I need a bit of handholding with R, specifically, with writing packages for it. I'm a systems programmer, and am, on the request of several users of our software, working on generating R interfaces. For starters, I've written the following R function (which compiles): SEXP myincr(SEXP Rinput) { // Returns input integer incremented by one int input; SEXP returner; PROTECT(Rinput =

Environment Variables
I noticed that many configuration options (configure.txt) have environment variable overrides. However, an important one does not. In the configuration.txt file, there is one section: Directories used by NUT at run-time ----------------------------------- --with-pidpath=PATH Changes the directory where pid files are stored. By default this is /var/run. Certain programs like upsmon will

Thank you
I just hooked up an old Best Fortress (with new batteries). Those things are built like a tank, and it works out of the box in Fedora 14 (nut-2.6.2) thanks to the bestfortress driver still in the project. It had disappeared for 2.0, but I sent it in for 2.2, and you guys kept it going. -- Stuart D. Gathman <stuart at bmsi.com> Business Management Systems Inc. Phone: 703

Getting R graphics into MS Word
I am just downloaded R, and am using it on Windows NT. I would like to use it to generate graphics, which will be included in Microsoft word or Powerpoint. The graphics window allows me to save an image as an enhanced metafile. However, if I then insert this image into a Word document, only part of it is visible. Has anyone on the list experience of trying to do this? Do I need to change the

TE410P to a Rhino CB-24 channel bank
Has anyone had any success with the Rhino CB-24? I can't get mine to work, I tried all the obvious settings. The cb-24 gets stuck at init ESF framing, as if it's not seeing the t1 card at all. It does get a t1 carrier (detecting voltage??) Help! Thanks.. Everything appears to look good on the server, I did: [zaptel.conf] span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs fxogs=1-24 [zapata.conf] signalling=fxo_gs

Rhino channel banks
Anyone have any experience with the Rhino T1 channel bank? It looks very cost effective at around $1300 for 24 lines but I haven't seen it mentioned on the Asterisk list yet.

Noise using TE410P & Rhino Channel Bank
Anyone ever experience noise instead of a dial tone. We are using a Digium TE410P and 2 units of Rhino FXO & FXS Channel Bank. Everything works well when they are freshly turned on or rebooted, but after a while there's only noise can be heard instead of dial tone. Does this have anything to do with the timing configuration? Where is this time is generated from, is it from the TE410P card?

Analog POTS line -> Rhino FXO Channel Bank -> No Hangup
Hello list, I have recently deployed Asterisk as the phone system for my office. So far, everything has been going really well, except for one little thorn in my side. I have a set of 6 analog lines that are connected to a TE411P via a Rhino FXO Channel bank. If I call the analog number, Asterisk answers the call, and routes it appropriately. The problem is, when I hangup, Asterisk never

Rhino T1 and 4-port FXO cards
Just saw these new Asterisk compatible cards at Rhino's homepage. Anyone has experience with these babes? http://www.rhinoequipment.com/index.html http://www.rhinoequipment.com/t1card.html The 4-port FXO looks interesting. Looks like a very clean design. Leo
