AsciiDoc 8.6.3 release redux
FYI (mostly Charles and Arjen), a2x version has just been bumped to 8.6.3 in
their trunk.
So we will be able revert r2686

BuildBots - config.log from compile

I was looking into why CGI isn't build on the Ubuntu box. Although
everything seems to be available, it is currently showing

where to install the .fdi files. I have no idea where these files live

I think this should only be done for messages that are sent to stderr.
In most cases, syslog will already prepend a timestamp, so this is
probably redundant.

PowerCOM - HID PDC status

They should be detected out of the box (with the latest version from
the trunk) through the 'usbhid-ups' driver. Note that I just added
some additional commands to enable|disable|mute the beeper of the UPS.
