asterisk syntax highlighting for gedit
Hi, Apologies if this is a duplicate - been having mail server issues and I don't think I managed to send it when I tried this morning. It seems there is no .conf syntax highlighting script available for gedit. I'm thinking of putting one together myself, but don't want to reinvent the wheel. So I'm just enquiring if anyone knows of one that already exists that i've missed.

1.8 realtime - segfault
Hi, I have installed Asterisk 1.8 and am using realtime dialplan contexts from a mysql table. Asterisk keeps segfaulting. When I trace the thread ids associated with the segfaults in the full log, all they have in common is netsock2.c: == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5 which is probably a red herring since it appears so often in threads that do not segfault. When compiling, I ticked all the

Darker markers for symbols in lattice
In lattice, using the command trellis.par.get for superpose.symbol, plot, symbol and/or dot.symbol shows that we can specify alpha, cex, col, fill (for superpose.symbol and plot.symbol), font, and pch. Trial and error shows that the font affects letters but not pch=1 or pch=3 (open circles and plus signs.) I want to use open circles and plus signs, keep the colors and cex I've specified but

Variable inheritance with dialplan command Originate
Hi, I would have thought that when spawning a channel using the Originate() dialplan command, variables prefixed with two underscores would be preserved. However this does not work in the following case. Dialplan code: [intern] exten => 200,1,Set(__myvar="foo") exten => 200,n,Originate(Local/123 at test_orig,exten,dummy) [test_orig] exten => 123,1,NoOp(${myvar}) exten =>

[PATCH] virtio: use smp_XX barriers
Documentation/memory-barriers.txt says: Mandatory barriers should not be used to control SMP effects, since mandatory barriers unnecessarily impose overhead on UP systems. [PATCHv2] virtio: use smp_XX barriers on SMP
virtio is communicating with a virtual "device" that actually runs on another host processor. Thus SMP barriers can be used to control memory access ordering. Where possible, we should use SMP barriers which are more lightweight than mandatory barriers, because mandatory barriers also control MMIO effects on accesses through relaxed memory I/O windows (which virtio does not use)

[PATCHv6 1/4] virtio: add names to virtqueue struct, mapping from devices to queues.
From: Rusty Russell <rusty at rustcorp.com.au> Add a linked list of all virtqueues for a virtio device: this helps for debugging and is also needed for upcoming interface change. Also, add a "name" field for clearer debug messages. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty at rustcorp.com.au> --- including this Rusty's patch here for completeness.

mISDN & Asterisk 1.4: HFC-S card not responsive
Hi, I have installed Asterisk 1.4 with mISDN with the install-asterisk.tar.gz script from beronet.com. On my system I have two cards, one a AVM Frit!Card Pci 2.0 and one HFC-S chip. I know both to work well with mISDN on my system from a previous installation. Now however, the AVM card works well at first glance, i.e. it "registers" incoming calls and works through the asterisk

information about Loess
Hello, I'm currently using a tool that provides a Loess fitting, but I obtained results that are slightly different from those provided by R implementation of the Loess. That's why I would like to know if you could give me a source (bibliography or web) that explains in a clear way each step of the algorithm, with the possible options to choose, etc.. in order for me to understand those

select on letter
Hi, I was wondering if anybody can help me. In the small data set below I would like to select the index which doesn't contain the letter 'N' in the variable 'letters'. How can I discard these rows when the letter has a different position everytime (but the same letter for the whole column)? index<-c(1,2,3) letters<-c("CCTTGGAA", "NNTTGGAAT",

[PATCH v12 8/8] virtio-balloon: VIRTIO_BALLOON_F_CMD_VQ
Add a new vq, cmdq, to handle requests between the device and driver. This patch implements two commands sent from the device and handled in the driver. 1) VIRTIO_BALLOON_CMDQ_REPORT_STATS: this command is used to report the guest memory statistics to the host. The stats_vq mechanism is not used when the cmdq mechanism is enabled. 2) VIRTIO_BALLOON_CMDQ_REPORT_UNUSED_PAGES: this command is used
