Get calling channel before pickup
Hi,
Is it possible to get the remote channelname that will be bridged when
the call is answered, only having the channel that is in the Ring(ing)
state? As far as I can see no variable seems to fit when doing the show
channel command.
I want to be able to redirect/manipulate an incoming call before it gets
answered/bridged, but to do that I have to now which channel to use.
Is there a way?

how to get values within a threshold
input:

expected output:

That is, need a vector of indexes of the maximum value below the threshold.
e.g.
First element is "1", because value[1] is the largest below threshold "1".
Second element is "4", because value[4] is the

Disabling CDR for all dialed parties in Asterisk 12
Hello,
is it possible to disable the CDR record creation for all dialed parties? From my limited testing it looks like CDR_PROP(disable) is effective only for the first party (the one specified before the first ampersand in the Dial application argument) and I can't find any way to disable it for the other ones (I think the CDR in question is written after the Dial completes). Is it by design?

Peak number of calls?
Is there any way to find-out the peak number of calls that an asterisk
system has had? Not the total number of calls, but the maximum number of
simultaneous calls.
I know I can porobably go through the CDR logs and look for calls which
have overlapped in time, but I'm wondering if there's some counter
somewhere I could access...

asterisk 1.8.9.2 channel.c: Channel allocation failed
Hello List!
My Asterisk stopped making SIP-calls today, I could call from external, and
saw Call coming in over PRI, but calling the SIP/Device
wont work. I saw 5 open channels - all chan_spy. Only a restart helped.
In the messages-file i found from yesterday:

How to deal with a dataframe within a dataframe?
Hello all,
I am doing an aggregation where the aggregating function returns not a
single numeric value but a vector of two elements using return(c(val1,
val2)). I don't know how to access the individual columns of that
vector in the resulting dataframe though. How is this done correctly?
Thanks, robert

Bugs??
Good Day All,
I am facing a serious problem since I started to use asterisk. I don?t know if it is a bug or some one already solved this.
Currently I am running 120 VoIP SIP channels on my asterisk server but each day 2, 3 calls got hanged in asterisk, and on asterisk CLI ?show channels? showing us as call UP but in real there is no call.
When asterisk restarted the hanged calls removed from

Newbie question - sip.conf incoming contexts
Hello!
I've been struggling with the documentation for months on this simple
subject...
I still have not been able to get this concept down...
I have 3 sip accounts (PSTN DID's) that come into my asterisk box
and give me phone service from my itsp via SIP.
I for the life of me have not been able to figure out how to get them to
come in to 3 seperate contexts!
This must be simple but I

How to use conditional statement
Dear R helpers
Suppose
val1 = c(10, 20, 35, 80, 12)
val2 = c(3, 8, 11, 7)
I want to select either val1 or val2 depending on value of third quantity val3.
val3 assumes either of the values "Monthly" or "Yearly".
If val3 = "Monthly", then val = val1 and if val3 = "Yearly", then val = val2.
I tried the ifelse statement as
ifelse(val3 =

Looking for easy way to normalize data by groups
Hi,
i do have a dataframe representing data from a repeated experiment. PID
is a subject identifier, Time are timepoints in an experiment which was
repeated twice. For each subject and all three timepoints there are 2
sets of four values.
df <- data.frame(PID = c(rep("A", 12), rep("B", 12), rep("C", 12)),
Time = rep(c(0, 0, 0, 0, 30, 30, 30,

Barplot with lines
Hi,
I'm trying to plot stacked barplot with lines on it. Here is the data.
emp days val1 val2 score
1 21 1 0 1200
2 35 1 1 na
3 42 na na 3000
4 53 2 1 2100
5 64 1 0 na
6 73 na na 1400
My X-axis is days. I'm looking to plot val1,val2 as stacked bars and score
as lines with different y-axis. I could get the bar plot and lines on it
but the problem is the bars and lines are not aligning

lattice panel question
Dear R users,
How to change lattice panel label/text from the automatically generated
label (based on the conditioning) to our own set of label?
for example:
someStuff <- data.frame(area = rep(c("SOUTH", "NORTH", "EAST", "WEST"), each
= 25),
group = rep(c("A","B","C","D"), each = 5),

Lowering ISD::TRUNCATE
I'm working on defining the instructions and implementing the lowering
code for a Z80 backend. For now, the backend supports only the native
CPU-supported datatypes, which are 8 and 16 bits wide (i.e. no 32 bit
long, float, ... yet).
So far, a lot of the simple stuff like immediate loads and return values
is very straightforward, but now I got stuck with ISD::TRUNCATE, as in:

Integrate and mapply
Hi,
I need some help on integrating a function that is a vector.
I have a function - vector which each element is different. And,
naturally, function integrate() does not work
I checked the article of U. Ligges and J. Fox (2008) about code
optimization "How Can I Avoid This Loop or Make It Faster?" on

Memory Store/Load Optimization Issue (Emulating stack)
Thank you for the hint.
I adjusted the code and it works:
The code after replacing inttoptr with getelementptr:

%sp_1_ptr = bitcast i8* %sp_1 to i32*
store i32 %foo, i32* %sp_1_ptr, align 4
; push bar
%sp_2 = getelementptr i8, i8* %sp_1,

joining "one-to-many"
Hello list,
I am wondering if a joining "one-to-many" can be done a little bit easier. I tried merge function but I was not able to do it, so I end up using for and if.
Suppose you have a table with locations, each location repeated several times, and some attributes at that location. The second table has the same locations, but only once with a different set of attributes. I would

Setting Multiple Values via func_odbc ...?
I need to insert/update multiple MySQL columns in a single row with the func_odbc function at the SAME TIME.
Someone showed me how to use ARRAY to retrieve multiple values at the same time, but I need to SET multiple values.
Can this be done?
If not, I will just stick with MySQL, but that's a pain in the ass because the asterisk-addons package has no default rpm spec file for building an

Getting group size in a data frame
Hi all,
I have a data frame with some measured values of some animals. Sometimes the
measurement failed, resulting in a NA for a measurement and sometimes the
animal died, resulting in NA for all measurements.
I have several groups of animals. How do I find the size of each group with
only alive animals? And how do I find the size of the groups for each
measurement?
An example:
