Hello, After installing Asterisk from source in Slackware 13.1, I get the following error: Error loading module 'res_config_odbc.so': /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/res_config_odbc.so: undefined symbol: ast_odbc_clear_cache Then a core dump. If I change the /etc/asterisk/modules.conf in order to preload the 'res_odbc.so' module, then the error dissapears, *but* still crashes

Realtime and PostgreSQL
Has anyone had any luck with PostgreSQL and Realtime? The realtime instructions on voip-info seem pretty straight forward... just not woking for me. I've included all of my config files below, and my console output. Entire console bootup output: [root@abox asterisk]# /usr/sbin/asterisk -vvvvvvc == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf': Found == Parsing

Error writing CDR
Hi All I have dozens of these messages on CLI complaining about database connection and error writing CDR to disk. The curious thing is I can find them all inside the database. I "selected" them using uniqueid and manually compared each column with the cdr_adaptive_odbc.c error line. "mysqlcheck -a -e -v DBase" and "mysqlcheck -c -e -v DBase" both returned OK for

solaris 10 SMF setup?
Hello I'm in the process of putting SMB onto a dual Opteron x64 box running Solaris 10, with the SFW samba as supplied by Sun. I haven't found any hooks for this for the new SMF/SVC startup system, so I'm doing so now, but before I go any further, am I duplicating any efforts? Is anyone else doing this and has done it? At present I'm only starting smbd and nmbd (I never really

problems with PJSIP install on UBUNTU 14.04
Ok, I reinstalled pkg-config from apt-get and now I think it?s all good. Man, PJSIP has been a chore to get working right on this server and on the last. Though the last server wasn?t near the issue this was. Lol I think what happened was that after initial trouble, I ran the ?install prereq? or something like that and it must have did it?s own install of pjsip that sent me down a duplicate path,

[PATCH v2 0/1] p2v: avoid connecting to ourself while probing qemu-nbd
Changes since v1: - Set probing source port to be nbd_local_port+1 instead of always using 50124 to deal with multi-disk scenario. - Set SO_REUSEADDR on client socket to avoid issues with old connections in TIME_WAIT. I've been running this for a few hours now using the updated multi-disk test and haven't seen any problems.

res_config_odbc not working
Hi, Can somebody tell me what I've been doing wrong for the res_config_odbc not to work properly. I already looked on the mailing list for some answer but I can't find one. The closes subject I found is "res_odbc not working". Btw, I already followed BKW reply on that subject. I guessed the log below can tell us res_odbc.so is succefully loaded, so it easy to presumed it

[PATCH 0/3] p2v: Allow nbdkit as an alternative NBD server.
qemu-nbd is a fine NBD server. However it's not easy to compile a reliably working version on RHEL 5. This patch series allows nbdkit to be used as an alternative (qemu-nbd is still the default). Rich.
