TE420 issue: card 0 span N: isr2=XX isr3=Y
I have just built a new system using an HP DL360G7 with a TE420 T1 card, and this is the first system using a generation 7 server. I'm not sure whether that is an issue or not. I am using Asterisk 1.2, and Zaptel 1.4.12.1 with patches for GEN5 of the TE420 card. I have successfully used this combination on several systems based on the DL360G6 and TE420(gen5), which have been in production for

Flashing Red Lights in TE420 (5th Gen) Card
I have the following software installed in a Centos Box with a TE420 (5th Gen) card. . Centos 6.5 64-bit . Asterisk 1.4.22 . dahdi-linux-complete-2.9.1.1+2.9.1 . libpri-1.4.14. Even without plugging in the ISDN into span 1, all 4 spans are flashing red. Plugging an E1 into span 1 makes no difference. My system.conf is just simply: loadzone=au defaultzone=au span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4 bchan=1-15

Server freeze & kernel panic
Hi All I'm having some serious kernel panic while using digium cards. It may be related to IRQ shared. Can this cause a lot of drop call and bad voice quality ? Do you guys know if there is a way I can assign one IRQ for each digium card ? Thanks a lot. Here is the output of /var/log/syslog kernel: [ 3821.982893] Uhhuh. Strange problem with PRI on 64-bit?
I have some more investigation to do on this, but I wanted to see if anyone here had any insight into the issue I've run into. The hardware is a HP DL360 G6 with a TE420 gen 5 4-port T1 PRI card. It is one of several systems that have been running without issue since 2010/2011. They have all been running CentOS 4 32-bit with Zaptel 1.4.12.1 (with patch for gen 5 card), libpri 1.2.8 and

GEN-GEN and Manual Ring-Down (MRD)?
Does anyone here know anything about GEN-GEN analogue circuits, also known as Manual Ring-Down (MRD)? Apparently they are widely used in Hoot'n'Holler systems for financial dealer-boards. I have been asked to try and interface to such circuits, and have been having great difficulty locating any specifications for the interface. Apparently, they are always-on 2-wire analogue circuits with

With two cards in the server they are never detected. things I've tried: 1 Update firmware to latest (P56) for the server 2 change irq settings 3 disable all onboard devices on server and remove raid controller 4 different cards in different slots What I

Digium TE410P LED problem
Has anyone else experienced a problem with the LED for span 1 on a TE410P or TE405P? I had a TE410P on which the span 1 LED would not light red, but once the span was connected, it did correctly light green. I RMAed the board to our UK distrbutor and received a replacement. However, the replacement board displayed the same problem! Wondering if it was related to the computer I was putting it

Ok, that sounds a little more elegant. Does that delete switch delete those files after download, or does it stop it from downloading at all?
