exit ChanSpy with DTMF
Part of a supervisor menu I'm writing requires that I allow the supervisor to choose to ChanSpy a channel from the main menu then return back to the menu to choose other options when she's done. Is there a way to 'exit' ChanSpy and continue down the dialplan? Or is a caller stuck in ChanSpy until they hangup the phone? Thanks. George

How to barge Inbound calls
Hi All Can anybody help me for dial plan which can barge inbound call groupwise. Because when i am trying to barge inbound calls which is coming on my DID number i can hear 1st 3 digit of my Inbound provider IP address instaed of extension which pick that calls. Interrupting a call
Greetings all, I've tried out chanspy, but what I'm really looking for is the ability to interrupt a call (i.e. barge in for emergency purposes). Has anyone found a way to do that with Asterisk? Barge in on to agents conversation
Hi, 1. When an agent is active on a call, i need the ablity for a third person to join the conversation. Basically barge in by a supervisor, participate in the conversation and then leave. 2. As an extension to the above, while on call, can the agent request a conference from another agent and later hang him up. 3. Is there any way for a call to be put in the queue destined for a specific agent

chanspy problems (asterisk 1.6.0.6) - When spying starts, the spied parties can't hear each other
Hi, I am in a predicament and any help/pointers would be appreciated. We are using chanspy to listen in on conversations. We are doing this via a web interface. Chanspy ?
I'm confused - bug 2379 http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0002379 states that it is closed because of pending changes in cvs-head. Cvs-head does not contain ChanSpy. What is the status of this app ? Is it going to be in CVS or not ? What were the issues with it if it's not being put in ? Agents and Chanspy
I would like to use chanspy and restrict it to Agent channels. Then setup it on an extension for the supervisor to monitor people taking calls from the queue and making outbound calls. Is there a way to use the agent channel with outbound calls? I don't want to record the calls(which AgentMonitorOutgoing seems to do), just kinda flag them so that they can be spyed upon. DNAT for ongoing UDP flows
