I've extracted the asterisk-addons-1.2.2.tar.gz file and don't see a COPYING or LICENSE file, nor is there a mention of GPL or BSD in the README file. asterisk-sounds is BSD licensed, so it's not entirely clear how asterisk-addons is licensed -- though I would guess GPL.
