Re: avoiding PCI bus 8 / using PCI function / virt-install
Thanks. Maybe I'm missing something but when I try virt-install --dry-run --print-xml it generates this snippet of XML: <interface type="bridge"> <source bridge="ge_0_0_0_77"/> <mac address="52:54:00:01:00:4e"/> <model type="virtio"/> </interface> but what i need (and get from virsh dumpxml)

Unfortunately, the domain XML is created by the OpenShift installer, over which I have no control. :-( Digging into the libvirt source, it doesn't look like there's any way to configure MAC address

Re: Is it possible to configure libvirt's MAC generation?
One solution would be to dump the XML for the domain and then run something like sed on it to change what ever you want and then update the domain. Of course that will only work if the domain is stopped. Can quota_rule be inherited by child mailboxes?
Is there a way to make quota_rule apply to subfolders? I've got some symlinked mailboxes which I want to exclude from quotas. This would work, but is verbose: quota_rule6 = USERS.aaa:ignore quota_rule7 = USERS.bbb:ignore ... quota_rule9999 = USERS.zzz:ignore But simply writing this: quota_rule7 = USERS:ignore doesn't apply to USERS.xxx and so on. The wiki says

Re: Two Node Cluster
Hi Peter and other Libvirt-Users, Thank you, I greatly appreciate your response. The diagram I provided may be a little misleading, so I have attached a new diagram (also available here: https://i.imgur.com/X3nFMCz.png ). I think I also need to provide some more detail about my scenario here: These physical nodes are provided to me by "bare-metal cloud" providers like Scaleway / OVH /

Tru64 Unix and SIA
I have recently written a (minimal) Tru64 Unix SIA password module for Dovecot as part of testing a Dovecot installation. Has anyone else written a Tru64 Unix SIA module? Is anyone else interested in such a module? If so, how might I/we go about getting this/such a module into the main Dovecot source? Limiting number of IMAP connections per user
Hi, Is there a way of limiting the number of IMAP connections (i.e. processes) per user? Despite asking users to set their email client settings to limit themselves to 2 connections, some still have this set to 10 or more. Cheers -- Simon L Jackson Carringbush.Net +- Carringbush.Net Hosting * Development * Advice Web: www.carringbush.net <http://www.carringbush.net/> Email:

Multiple instances and/or separate certificates per email address
Hi, We have a mail server with multiple instances of Postfix each listening on a different IP address to create a set of virtual mail servers. There are various reasons why separate instances of Postfix seems to work best to achieve this goal, but I wont divert into that discussion here. I would like so match this with Dovecot. The listening side isn't a problem as Dovecot can listen on

Calls from PSTN on SPA3102
Hello list, this is my first post on this list. I have a server with Asterisk and a Linksys SPA3102 with 3 SIP phones. I have configured the SPA PSTN line as trunk to receive and send calls. I can call outside from SIP phone throw the PSTN line and all is OK, the problem is when I receive a call from the PSTN, on the out caller phone there is a demo playback. I want to redirect the call to a
