AstriCon Videos and Presentations: First batch is on-line!
This year we recorded quite a few of the AstriCon sessions - 3 out of the 4 tracks were video taped. The folks at TMC then went through a fairly painstaking process of synchronizing the video presentations to the slide decks that each presenter provided, so we have an index-able and fast-forward-able version of each talk. I'm really excited about this video presentation method,

Erroneous email from JIRA
Greetings, If you have an account on issues.asterisk.org and just received an email about having an account created on a JIRA server, please ignore and accept our apologies for the accidental message. We were doing some test migrations of data from issues.asterisk.org into a newer issue tracking system and forgot to disable email first. Thanks, -- Russell Bryant Digium, Inc. | Engineering

Open Source Pavilion at AstriCon: Your project wanted!
Each year at AstriCon, we have an Open Source Pavilion which showcases projects which are adjuncts to Asterisk, or which are directly relevant to improving the utility and features of Asterisk. It gives smaller projects the chance to have some space to display what they're doing, and to give demonstrations to the AstriCon attendees who are interested in some of the things happening

Joshua Since there is no automated way currently built in to update the external signaling and media address information. Does the realtime pjsip support having the transport contexts section being pulled from a database table? I was thinking a cron script updating the table and forcing a reload each time an IP address changed might a workable solution. Thanks Bryant

Joshua So once a transport is pulled from the transports table in realtime during asterisk startup it can't get any updates? Can a new transport be added to the table and the associated endpoints be updated to use the new transport, or are transport types only read at startup across the board? Just Take dCAP at Astricon?
Since it is Saturday evening (7PM EST) I am asking this on the list in case someone who knows sees it and can answer. Astricon is in my back yard for the first time, and I could hit you with a rock. I would always like to attend, and spoke at the 2007 Astricon in Phoenix but don't have the idle cycles. Question: Can I just go to Astricon and take the dCAP exam only? In and out? Cost? I
