Hi I have a problem with a new DECT phone I have bought The key pad works like a Mobile phone where you dial first then pick up the line, but it seems to dail too fast or spuriously, ie 012826736464 show on thew Asterisk console as 0012282677, could any one offer advice how to fix? Also when doing a ZAP bridge to this phone from an outside line the call is very echoy, but not an internal

I have a TDM400 with 2 FXS cards, and a Samsung 6100 DECT base station connected to one of the ports. The base station appears to only support UK (BT) style CLIP Caller ID signalling. Does anyone know if it is possible to configure the ZAP channel to send in this format, or alternatively can you recommend a GAP compatible base station which will handle both BT and Bellcore signalling? Hello All, I have a need for a wireless solution and have been looking at the Aastra 57i CT phone that have the wireless handset with them. Aastra says they will cover "up to 300,000 square feet". I am finding this hard to accept. I was also wondering about the "secure WDCT cordless technology" Could this be a form of DECT? Any one using these that can shed some lite?

I've got the following setup: IAXy -> Dect Base Station. When you dial from a SIP phone (cisco 7960), the rings with very little delay. However, if you hangup it takes 3-4 rings after hanging up before the dect base station phone stops ringing. The same applies when an incoming call is directed from PSTN FXO -> Dect Base.
