MDAC is proving to be a pain for me to install. I have so far had nothing but failure. Here is a breakdown of what I'm working from. All, Attempts to install DCOM98 errors. The dosfiles tmp directory is /home/use/tmp. It appears as though this is being converted to TMP. Hi there, for an application (which is only available on windows) I need to have the MS Virutal machine, which is supplied with IE4 SP3 and more, so I downloaded IE 5.0 and tried to install it.
