Creating an IAX/SIP-to-ISDN PRI gateway
Hi all,
I'd like to setup a really lean Asterisk installation that essentially has a full ISDN PRI (AT&T, T1, 23 B-chans, 1 D-chan, BZ8S, 5ESS, National dialplan) on a Digium TE207P adapter that all it does is convert the ISDN channels to SIP/IAX channels. Then I would add this Asterisk 'gateway' as a provider on one (or many) Asterisk systems on the back.
With such a config I

Hello Rowland,
I do not have support contract with RedHat, and due to some application
dependency i have to be on 5.8. No choice for me to upgrade the OS. I have

sure whether it solves my core issue.
Coming back to my original query " CIFS Null Session vulnerability ", just

Hi Volker,
Reaching to RedHat is not the option for me right now, could you please
tell me are there any configuration parameters in smb.conf which will avoid

CIFS Null Session Vulnerability Fix in Samba 3.5.10
Hi Everyone,
I have Samba server 3.5.10 running on RHEL 5.8 platform and it has joined
to our AD domain controller. Recently my Windows guys has done some changes
to AD Security by stating " CIFS Null Session Vulnerability Fix via GPO -
Security Requirement". After this change, my windows clients are not
authenticating with domain credentials while accessing the shares, but

reversing xlim, ylim in smoothScatter
Hello,
I have found that in smoothScatter it is not possible to reverse the axes plotted (R version 2.9.0) . It appears that this arises from the hard coding of xlim and ylim in smoothscatter.R in the lines :
x <- x[ xlim[1] <= x[,1] & x[,1] <=xlim[2], ] (line number 25)
and
x <- x[ ylim[1] <= x[,2] & x[,2] <= ylim[2], ] (line number 31)
This results in a x

libvirt: C++ or Java
Hello,
I am planning to develop a management application for managing Redhat Xen and Redhat KVM hypervisors. I am evaluating the Java bindings versus the C++ version of libvirt. As part of evaluation, I could not find meaningful answers to the questions below. Hence, I thought that people on this mailing list would be the most appropriate to comment on them. Can you please let me know your views?

[LLVMdev] Suggestions for LLVM Developer's Conference 2012
One idea for a hacking session would be a "performance analysis workshop". People could bring their apps, we could sample them track down what part of the compiler would need to change and code it up (if time allowed).
Given the trade offs involved, it could be helpful to many folks, the trick is to get the right people to show up.
