There is a ringing tone from the caller side but the E71 is silent. Tried disabling the NAT (dunno whether that helps). Anyone using Nokia "E" Series handsets with Asterisk? I'm trying to deploy some e71's and am having an issue. I can get a single handset working, but when I try to create a SIP profile on the second phone, it won't allow me to save the profile, saying that devices in the same "realm" must have identical username and password. Hey folks, I am trying to get an E65 to connect to asterisk, and I would really appreciate a second set of eyes. The SIP dialog completes fine, but the phone subsequently says "Registration failed". I am in a network that has what seems to be a SIP-capable NAT gateway, but the asterisk is configured nat=yes anyway. Using a softphone (twinkle), I can connect just fine, SIP and RTP work.

Hi, Does anyone have some experience with Nokia 32 Terminal (it is an analog GSM Gateway)? After a configuration I can make only incoming calls, I'm not able to do any outgoing. I can succefully dial from softphone to mobile and land line numbers, Softphone (PC) =====> Asterisk ====> FXO (Nokia 7610) ====> Destination Number When call is established I have to use Nokia 7610 for conversation. Is it possible to use softphone, dial via mobile phone and have conversation using softphone?

Hello Be aware that the Nokia E60, E61 and E70 does not support NAT. Just to be shure that you know that. A clever choice from Nokia, so that users has to have some local equipment from the telco.
