File associations in Wine
Hi, How to get file associations to work from wine/win applications? Have got Teleport Pro (Web spider) to work and files saved successfully. The files are displayed within Teleport (*.htm, *.html, *.txt etc) but when I click on the files to open them the links to the Linux programs associated with these files are obviously not there. Upgrading from 2.2.1a to 2.2.5 on RH 7.2
Hey Everyone, I am trying to upgrade to 2.2.5 from 2.2.1a and am having a problem. When trying to install the samba-common rpm it says that I need the file libc.so.6. I have this in 3 places: /var/ftp/lib/libc.so.6 /lib/i686/libc.so.6 /lib/libc.so.6 Do I need to change the paths for this? Thanks for your help. Jacob R. Retrieving Vertices Coordinates from SpatialPolygons
Dear List, I'm trying to use different R packages for my Teaching Assistantship classes. And I cam out to an (apparently) very simple problem. I would like to retrieve the vertices coordinate of a SpatialPolygon data. I know this is stored in the "coords" slot, but I can't get access to it! I tried to coerce the SpatialPolygon into a data.frame but it doesn't work.

0.3 is not 0.3, bug in seq() function?
Dear List, I've been running a numerical simulation and I found this odd error in my code where the which command could not identify which rows of a column of data.frame were corresponding to the value 0.3. restart windows problem
I installed wine on mandriva 2008.1 spring I installes a software called BeInSync. the install was succesfull but when I try to start the program I get a message that the computer needs to be restarted. restarting wine q booting the computer diidn't solve the problem. It seems as if the application don't recognize the restart and waits for the restart after the installtion. anyone has
