Leading '0's and what do 'pri_dialplan', 'pridialplan' and 'prilocaldialplan' in zapata.conf do?
Hi all, I've been batting my head against a brick wall for the best part of the day and still haven't got any further (apart from getting a big headache, that is). I've searched the Wiki and Googled the hours away, but I still can't find supportive documentation. I've just replaced my ISDN Fritz!/chan_capi setup with a HFC/Zap configuration and had the following problems: 1

Sending caller name out PRI?
I have a PRI connected to a traditional PBX using NI-2 and a typical config (further below). When I call from a SIP/IAX phone to an extension on the PBX, only the number makes it through. If I plug that same port on the PBX to a carrier the PBX presents both name and number. Hints or pokes to relevant chapters in documentation? My config is essentially like one found here:

Pridialplan/ prilocaldialplan
Hi I'm beginner in list. I have doubts about the options pridialplan and prilocaldiaplan in chan_dahdi.conf. I interconnect the Asterisk with a Siemens PBX, but i saw that the changes in the file do not take effect in debug of the span or calling/called number. How to use this options? In that cases to use? Ps.: sorry for the english, i'm brazilian. Thanks -- Att, Rafael Saraiva

Set caller id on Swedish PRI (euroisdn)
Hi, I have a problem with setting outgoing caller id to "nothing" (secret) on our Wildcard TE405P connected to a swedish euroisdn line. Caller ID seems to work fine when connecting the same line to a Ericsson PBX - so something must be wrong in my settings, but I don't know what. I've tried: exten => _*70X.,1,Set(CALLERID(name)="") exten =>

Weird Zaphfc - not dialling non-local numbers
Hi all, I really hope that you guys can help, because I've been tearing my hair out for the past 5 hours on this one. I have a Zaphfc (BRI) card in TE mode connected to the S-Bus of a Nortel Meridian phone system. Phone calls from the Nortel to say MSN 510 are correctly being sent to the right SIP phone. When asterisk dials say Zap/g2/224 (a Nortel internal extension) the call goes

zaphfc - TE mode - callerid trouble
I've got a bit trouble with callerid and zaphfc cards. Basically zaphfc doesn't add the "0" in front of national numbers (haven't tried a international call yet). With chan_capi that allways worked fine, however i had to define the national and international prefixes in capi.conf. Is there something similar in zapata.conf ? Here is my zapata.conf: [channels]

Zapata, Junghanns Card and a leading 0 on inbound calls
Hi, I'm using a Junghanns Quadbri ISDN card on some lines from the Austrian Telekom. Things are working, the only missing stuff is to add a "0" as a prefix to each incoming call, to make it possible to answer missed call lists. I'm using the 0 as the prefix for outside lines. I've experimented a little with the prefix settings in zapata.conf, but without success:

Before I call to complain, is there an setting to turn this on in asterisk? I want to make sure that I have my side covered before I call XO. My current zaptel.conf is: context=from-pstn switchtype=national
