top posting again [was: Re: CDR Design] - Or was it top posting?
Thanks for that, it IS appreciated - but, everyone, can we please not argue this matter any more. Some see it as top posting - some don't. I really don't care either way. No if we could just get back to the subject in hand and not clog up this list with flames. [LLVMdev] Is IR VM does make sense since llvm3 ?
Hi llvm list ! Everything is in the question. I've read this discussion on the mailinglist * [LLVMdev] LLVM IR is a compiler IR<https://groups.google.com/d/topic/llvm-dev/N3r_a1Vbrog/discussion> . * But since llvm3 and type system rewrite, is it a good idea to rethink about a VM wich could run the IR bytecode directly? llvm has differents bytecode from low level, to more hight level...

problem with plot() and POSIXt dates
Hy all, I'm plotting graphs using plot() function, they are on X axes POSIX dates: "POSIXt" "oldClass" "POSIXct" "POSIXlt" I can't figure out why sometimes it prints the month and days and sometimes it prints the unix timestamp. It appens usually when the xlim is short like only some days. xlim is settled as a POSIXt like this "2006-12-30

CDR Posting Delay
We have a situation where it's sometimes taking Asterisk 17-19 minutes to post CDR's, both over the AMI, and over the MySQL socket. It seems however that they are logged locally to /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv right after the call is terminated. Anyone got any idea what's causing this? It's a problem for us because we (badly IMHO) are using CDR's to maintain call state

CDR Rewrite -- Questions to the users (Steve Murphy)
Quoth Steve Murphy... >Date: Mon, 12 Jan 2009 08:51:03 -0700 > >QUESTIONS: > >Which of the two would you see being useful to you? Obvious comment really but given LEG based CDR, one can determine the 'Simple' data but you can't work it the other way. I'd therefore find LEG based CDR more useful as the granularity (time on Hold, in Queue, Waiting on pre-xfer ring

[SPAM] - Re: CDR Design - Email found in subject
Hi murf, Speaking as someone who designs and builds billing platforms, this is very exciting. One little thing I have most problems with is the good old fax detection. I know that NVFaxDetect et al do actually answer the call and, therefore, get flagged as ANSWERED in the CDR. But, if the call never gets answered after the initial detection - then, to my customer, it is a missed (NO ANSWER)
