[PATCH v2 2/6] drm/fb-helper: Map DRM client buffer only when required
This patch changes DRM clients to not map the buffer by default. The buffer, like any buffer object, should be mapped and unmapped when needed. An unmapped buffer object can be evicted to system memory and does not consume video ram until displayed. This allows to use generic fbdev emulation with drivers for low-memory devices, such as ast and mgag200. This change affects the generic framebuffer

[PATCH v6 08/10] drm/gem: Store client buffer mappings as struct dma_buf_map
Kernel DRM clients now store their framebuffer address in an instance of struct dma_buf_map. Depending on the buffer's location, the address refers to system or I/O memory. Callers of drm_client_buffer_vmap() receive a copy of the value in the call's supplied arguments. It can be accessed and modified with dma_buf_map interfaces. v6: * don't call page_to_phys() on framebuffers in

IC3/FBI security announcement - your help needed
On Friday, the IC3 (FBI/NW3C/BJA) put out a security advisory on their website that contained a fairly vaguely worded warning about Asterisk systems being compromised and then being used as "vishing" (voice phishing) platforms. They were non-specific on the threat other than to advocate upgrading to "newer versions" of Asterisk. This announcement was done on Friday

C_LogLin (stats/loglin)
Hi everyone, I have a question regarding a C function of the "stats" package in R. I tried to understand the ?loglin? basic function of the ?stats? package implemented in R. The implemented function itself runs without any problem (perhaps see sample). When I ran it line by line it stopped at the lines 23-24 of the loglin-function; (the following line): z <- .Call(C_LogLin,

After that the main menu of the game appears, I can navigate through it with no errors. I start the game and I find myself in a room, the boss's office. I'm in the room and I want to interact with

fraud advice (Also advice on using ipbanning)
When we designed our systems on asterisk we designed it to me multi-tenant. Se we use customer prefixes on all extensions. This allows us to have multiple customers using the same extension pools. It also reduces the hack foot print as hackers must know the prefix for a customer to try and brute force things. All passwords use 8+ characters with alfa/numeric and special characters. As I see
