I'm running Asterisk 1.6 and Dahdi 2.4.1.1. Thanks, Tanuki -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment

OT - how to get BT to present a number
If anyone can help me with this I'll be soooo grateful :) We have a isdn30 line, with a DDI range. We also have 2 business units that have separate 0870 numbers that are mapped onto 2 DDI numbers. I would like to be able to present these 0870 numbers from the business units so that the correct number is displayed on a callerid, or when 1471 is dialled. BT claim that I can only have a

RDNIS and asterisk
I have a couple of numbers that are diverted to a number that is conected to an isdn30 card, running asterisk 1.4. eg. 123456 => 22334455 654321 => 22334455 What I would like to know is the number of the orginal number dialled (123456 or 654321). I thought that RDNIS was the answer, but it is always coming up blank. When I did a debug on the pri span, I saw the following message

Outgoing CallerID on PRI problems
For outgoing calls made on our PRI circuit we are setting the Caller ID using the format Exten => _9XXXXXXX,1,SetCallerID(1601XXXXXXX) The monitor shows that the CallerID is being set to the specified number, but yet when the call is received on the user end the ID is always the base number of our DID. For example we have 8600-8650 as DID's but the callerid is always 8600 regardless of

Haven't got a clue ...
On how to even search for this "feature" as I have no idea on what it can be. I've got a meridian linked to * (by EuroISDN) which is linked to a ISDN30. I can make calls from the meridian, and receive calls into the meridian. Great stuff. However, if someone dials an invalid number, then instead of hearing a "three tone", the line just drops and goes dead. The console
