Congratulations on getting this going. However, it still needs some tuning. I am running SimCity 4 Rush Hour (fully updated) in hardware mode on Ubuntu 11.10 with a wide screen setup. The game loads and runs, or rather walks in hardware operations mode. The frame rate is far too slow, and the only thing I see different is the multibuffer warning is missing from the console log. FYI here is my
