Using Chanspy
Hi, I`m trying to use Chanspy for a customer that wants to listen to his employees so he can train them better (or so he claims). In any case, it looks simple but there is something I`m not doing right. When a call is incoming, I set SPYGROUP using Set(SPYGROUP=1234) When I use, on another phone, Chanspy(|qg(1234)) Which should allow me to listen to conversations that hit the first (Set

Zimbra IMAP authentication - SOLVED
Hello, everyone. No need to read this message. I'm posting for documentation for other poor, ignorant slobs like me who are struggling to pull together the many technologies to make converged networks happen. Hopefully, this will help save someone else the time I spent. I started the below email until I realized I had solved multiple parts of a compound problem but not all at the same time.

Routing and keying Questions
Hello! I use tincd to interconnect 3 LANs: A, B and C. So long, it works fine: everybody reaches everybody. But I want a different behavior: A and B should be allowed to talk, as should B and C. I tried to simply delete the host-files on the nodes that should not be allowed to talk to eachother: A has a hostfile from B B has a hostfile from A and C C has a hostfile from B But this is no

ls : not UTF-8 compliant?
Sorry bugging you for this simple command. ls command displays question marks for the local characters (ones not included in 8859-1 space) in filenames. ie. Character SNP data to binary MAF data
Hi I am sure there is a function out there already but I couldn't find it. I have SNP data, that is, a matrix which contains in each row two characters (they are different in each row) and I would like to convert this matrix to a binary one according to the minor allele frequency. For non-geneticists: I want to have a binary matrix for which in each row the 0 stands for the less frequent

[Fwd: Re: [Asterisk-biz] bellster.net - GREATadvance]
As far as I know it's not legal to join bellster in Israel. It means that you're reselling the minutes you buy from the telco company. It also means that you need a permit from the Israeli ministry of communications cause you're acting as an international call provider. Can't be done here. -----Original Message----- From: Geoffrey S. Mendelson [mailto:gsm@mendelson.com] Sent:

System with manual options
Hi I was wondering if there was a way to run system when there is e.g. a C program which is not totally command-line driven. That is, I have a C program which requires manual input of options into the shell during the run. I would like to run this program from R and as far as I have seen system() does not handle manual options (?). Is there thus a way to use these C programs anyway through R
