spandsp as T.38 termination?
It seems that Spandsp has everything in it (when you include rxfax and
txfax) to be a T.38 termination when used with Asterisk 1.4?
And if so, what version of Spandsp?
What version of IAXModem (so I don't have to also deal with T38Modem)?

Digium fax force T38?
Is it possible to force T38 for all invocations ReceiveFAX() ?
Receiving fax always worked OK on Callweaver though I could put
SipT38Switchover() into the dial plan.
I can't with Digium fax, and it always fails at the point it decides to switch
to T38.

Does fail2ban protect anything other than SSH logins?
I am looking at fail2ban, and all I see is it protecting remote logins
to SSH.
Does it protect any other access to systems? Well perhaps other than
VNC perhaps?
thank you

vncserver on IPv6
http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise/4.1/ipv6.html
IPv6 support in VNC Server E4.1.7/P4.1.2
VNC Server E4.1.7 & P4.1.2 are fully IPv6-aware, but is shipped with
IPv6 support disabled by default, for security reasons. IPv6 can be
enabled by setting "InTransports=IPv6,IPv4" (the default being IPv4
only), either on the command-line when starting vncserver under Unix
Ok.

As I understand things:
Samba4.2 and lower is designed for the Heimal (sp!) kerberos.
Redhat/Fedora/Centos provides the MIT kerberos.

boot hangs on trying to start sendmail
I am building a new server. It will be a temporary firewall of sorts.
I am well into the config, made a lot of changes; almost ready to set it
up in the target networks, but now....
The system hangs trying to start sendmail. I was thinking hard about
disabling sendmail, but thought I needed it for internal functions, so
did not. yet.
So is there someway to get the system working so I can

Centos 6 - disabling IPv6 addressing
Sorry - that should be
sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.accept_ra=0
to disable that, not 1.
