I was trying to get my polycom phone to auto answer. I added this to the dialplan. Used a different phone to call "22" and the phone rang it did not auto answer. Hi all, I have asterisk 1.4.26 (and I tried 1.4.29) connected PRI all 23 lines and for the most part everything works. Dialing out on 23 lines to phones works fine. I have to use the Local channel to call the intercom system (from call files). If I only call 1 intercom system at a time so it uses DAHDI/1 everything seems to work as I can call all 8 intercom systems and play a message. The

Apparently Verizon is blocking or changing packets on port 5060 so my softphone from my hotspot will not work. How do I set asterisk (11.23.0) to run default 5060 for all other devices I have - BUT for my software run on a different port like 5070? I am trying to plug a USB 2 device in a USB 3 slot. Nothing is being detected in "lsusb". Is there something special I need to do? I am running centos 5.5 x86_64. I thought 3.0 was backward compatible. Nothing special about my device its an RS232 to USB device. It works in 2.0 slot. Thanks, Jerry
