no outgoing calls with Digium B410P
Hi all! Sorry for my poor english, i'm italian. I installed Digium B410P on my asterisk server. I followed the official installation instructions found on digium site. These instruction, in my opinion, are not clear, so i tried with other ways (found on the trixbox site). I found this: http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/trunks/howto-install-script-digium-b410p Now i can receive

Well, based on your tcpdump output, it looks like your rules were rejecting unrelated packets, or tcp/443 packets. It's hard to be sure since the ICMP was the first packet, so you didn't show the packet it was actually replying to. The ICMP traffic is a result of

B410p, Ast1.4, France Télecom Numeris Double T0 problem
Hi. When I call my RNIS numbers (with a mobile phone for example), I can see 2 incoming calls on the IPBX, which should not happend. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the telco France Telecom and their ISDN setup, or if it's a problem with the MISDN driver on the IPBX itself. I'm stuck ... Any advices for troubleshooting that? Someone provide working configuration files

ICMP outoging traffic at centos 6.7
Yes, now I am dropping packets in OUTPUT chain for type 3. Initially, I implemented the chain to drop type 0 and 8. But it wont worked and the packets were hitting at firewall for multiple ICMP requests. I didn't Understand the problem. After posting here I go through all the types of ICMP types where I understand to drop packets for "Host unreachability" . Thanks for your help Mr.

Building and running mISDN for B410P on Ubuntu 7.04
Hi. Using Asterisk 1.4.13 running on Ubuntu 7.04 with Intel CPU: 1) Not being able to build mISDN on Ubuntu using "make b410p" I have used mISDN-1_1_7 which seems to work ok. QUESTION: Should I expect this version of mISDN to work ok with these cards? Or is there a way to build using "make b410P" on Ubuntu? (make force does not help at all) 2) In some of our installations

b410p + fax (echo cancellation)
We have recently purchased a B410P Digium 4* ISDN-2 card with hardware EC. On the same server, I also have a regular Digium 4-channel PSTN-card (TDM410P ?), used to interface to some analog devices, a.o. 2 fax machines. For faxing, EC needs to be off (or so I understand from the archives). How can I switch EC off for an ISDN B-channel if a fax is coming in? Z.

Digium B410P and 8 ports connectivity
Hello, Junghanns and BeroNet offer 8 BRI ports cards. Do you know if Digium's B410P has an inner TDM bus so that an 8 BRI ports subsystem (2 PCI slots used, but 1 one set of interrupts) could be made out of 2 B410P ? I know you could (theorically) do this with Junghanns and BeroNet cards. Cheers -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Incoming fax detection on mISDN hfcmulti B410P card
Hi, I'd like to know what's the most "popular" method for automatic fax/voice detection for incoming calls on mISDN cards such as the B410P (hfcmulti). I'm running: kernel 2.6.17 misdn 1.1.3 asterisk 1.4.21.2 B410P card I'm using iaxmodem and hylafax with asterisk (the setup works for zap channels). I've used the following options in /etc/asterisk/misdn.conf:

Hi, I'm installing Asterisk on Ubuntu 6.10 When I first compiled the zaptel package I used: make clean make make install So far so good, but the following command failed: make b410p I did some digging on google and found a guide on how to install it manually, but the result was the same. I got these files ftp.digium.com/pub/telephony/zaptel/b410p/misdn-b410p.tar.gz

Digium B410P: misdn v1 or misdn v2 or dahdi + asterisk 1.6 ?
Hi, Until now I've been using my Digium B410P cards with misdn 1.0.x. I would like to upgrade my systems and am now wondering which is the "best" route to take: - use the latest release of misdn v1 - upgrade to the latest "stable" kernel and use the built-in misdn v2 - use misdn v2 as a seperate package (disable misdn in the kernel) - use dahdi's support for misdn
