virt-install with --channel option inquiry
hi, virt guys,
This is Hongqing from Fedroa QA team. I try to forward the guest installation logs to host with virtio.
I have used virsh edit <guestName> to add a channel, it works fine.
I think it would be better if I can initialize it when I create the guest using virt-install,
and virt-install also offers the option, I have tried below, but it does not work.

ggplot2: labels points with different colors or idnumbers
Dear list,
Using ggplot2 I could produce both boxplot and points in the same plot but instead of points I would like to label the different
subjects with different colors or their idnumbers. Is there away to do it? Also how can I put three plots on the same graph with ggplot2?
mfrow=c(3,1) did not do the job.

help with rowsum/aggregate type functions
Hi--
This is a question with a trivial and obvious answer, I'm sure, but I can't seem to find it in the help files and books that I have handy. I have a dataframe consisting of two columns, "Gene_Name," a list of gene symbols, and "Number," a numeric measure of how frequently a tag representing that gene showed up in a SAGE library. Several of the genes are

PBXNSIP Registration Issue
I've got PBXNSIP running on a windows box and it is trying to register with
my Asterisk box. I can set up one trunk and it works fine, however if I try
to setup a second trunk from the same box, there is some sort of
authentication issue where Asterisk appears to be confusing which trunk is
which. Here is the chunk from my sip.conf:

samba 4.1.3 -- multiple bugs & 1, 297 coredumps -- coredump backtrace + full-backtrace included
Hello,
A few months ago the distribution I use (Debian Testing) moved from Samba 3
to Samba 4 - I started seeing a lot of problems. Since then there are two
bugs I find occurring on a regular basis:
1. Consistent dumping core on a regular basis (very rarely, if ever
occurred with Samba 3)
a. $ ls -ltr *core*smbd* |wc -l
b. 1297
c. $ du -ach *core*smbd*|tail -n 1

tomcat errors starting after upgrade from cent5.3 to 5.5 (/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Could not find)
We just upgraded Cent from 5.3 to 5.5 on a bunch of servers with
little to no issues (kudos to you guys) except on a few servers where
it appears we are having a problem w/ the Tomcat upgrade. Previously
our application server was working fine under 5.3 with Tomcat/Java
installed as such:

Well.. I cannot see where stdext was being used, but with your pointer
to where this is setup I was able to start using stdext and fix the
