Configure LAGG Interface?
Greetings- I'd like to configure multiple copper NICs on a server running CentOS 6.2 in a LAGG configuration for better throughput to the core switch. After quite a bit of searching, I'm not seeing anything of the sort. Is LAGG specific to the BSD world and the HP switches I'm running? Or, does it go by a different name? Bonding perhaps? If so, is bonding compatible with LAGG? --Tim

bce and lagg revisited
well, I tried to narrow this down a bit by removing lagg from the equation, but the switch requires LACP to be active on those ports so I can't test in isolation unfortunately. Is anyone running 7.2 on a DL360 G5 with working ether ? -pete.

"ConnectTo" to two server for fault-tolerance
Hello, I tried to use two ?ConnectTo? entries in my config. If both servers are up, anything is working as expected. But if one of the two servers is offline or not reachable I will not get a connection at all. Not even to the reachable server. I would like to have it fault tolerant, is this possible? Thanks, best regards, -- Florian Lagg - Florian Lagg - IT-Komplettl?sungen

Sound lagging if using simultaneous sound output
Hi, I have an Nvidia GTX 560 and I have my TV connected to it and get sound from the graphics-card to the TV. I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 and in the sound config I can choose to have the sound output simultaneous through the regular soundcard and through the Nvidia card out to my TV. However when I use that option the sound in Wine, only wine, starts to lagg like crazy. It's fine if I use

Hi Steve; Currently with Dahdi, for the below configuration that we were using it in the rc.local, how it will be? I think there should be something new to be used instead of ztcfg, what it is? UID -1 and --link-dest problem
Hi, I'm not sure if it's rsync or Cygwin problem, but most probably both.. Here is a short description: I run rsync daemon on Windows machine (either latest cwRsync or Cygwin versions) and synchronize a Windows directory to Linux server as root: linux# rsync -avH --numeric-ids 10.0.0.1::test /export/test1/ receiving file list ... done created directory /export/test1 ./ 43524353.upd

Qualify time +2000ms?
Although I'm convinced that Broadvoice doesn't have the most stable of ping times, it seems like I get ping results that are approximately the ping time +2000ms at times. Has anyone experienced this problem with qualify on a SIP connection before? So here, was the ping 20ms or 2020ms as reported? Centos 7: UPD packet checksum verification?
First of all - disclaimer - I'm no network specialist, I just read and am interested in it. I may get things wrong!! > > > Both physical interfaces show the same. But does this mean it's on as in "rx- > checksumming: on" or off as in "tx-checksum-ipv4: off [fixed]"? As far as I understand it rx-checksum is the underlying wire checksumming - and from

chan_iax2: I should never be called!
Hi, Recently, one of my Asterisk servers stopped connecting calls and required a reboot to "fix it" (did not try to restart or reload). The log showed loads of this message: NOTICE[302] chan_iax2.c: I should never be called! This highly repeated message seems to be preceded by something like: WARNING[10767] channel.c: Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to
