ACT! 6 Random Crashing
Ok, I recently upgraded to wine-0.9.29 and ACT is crashing randomly
now. There doesn't seem to be any reason, or reproducible thing that I
can do to make it crash, it just decides it has had enough, and
crashes. Here is one output from the terminal when it crashed.
wine act.exe

IE6 SP 1
I apologize if this is getting to the list multiple times. I keep getting a
reply from wine-users-bounce so I am not sure that this is actually
posting....
I attempted to install IE6SP1 using sidenet and got several errors about not
being able to execute winshellink.
When I attempt to launch IE, I get the following messages:

Installing Carbonite on Wine
Has anyone tried to install Carbonite on Wine?
Carbonite is a online backup solution. It's pretty neat in that it is
inexpensive ($4-5/month) and has unlimited backup. Unfortunately, it
doesn't allow for backing up files from a network share or removeable
media of any soft (USB/DVD/CD). It also only runs under Windows XP!

I was hoping to get it running under

err:seh:setup_exception stack overflow in own application
Hi,
we have a own C++ code running usually on Linux and OS X. The code is
known to run on Windows compiled natively. It is a text-based academic
code (Finite-Element) using some Fortran Libs compiled with the
cross-compiler and Intels MKL.
Now I cross-compile the code using mingw 6.2.0 from openSUSE. We have
a testsuite for our code with 150 complete test runs (the whole
application runs

MSHTML Not working for me
Hi,
I'm using wine-0.9.13, installed from git.
The following file exists in my system:
/usr/share/wine/gecko/wine_gecko-0.9.0.cab
The gecko libraries are installed in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/gecko/0.9.0/wine_gecko
Whenever I run wine iexplore.exe, I receive the message "HTML rendering is currently disabled"
Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do next to make this work?

Gecko installs but page faults on execute
Using Kubuntu 7.10 with a fresh apt-get on Wine, running winecfg, then doing wine iexplore http://winehq.org to install Gecko seems to work just fine, but when it finishes it goes into a page fault and then never works. Here's a dumplog of bash.

Can't Install MSWORD
I could not get Wine to install Microsoft Word 2000
OS: Debian Testing
Wine version 0.9.24
The Word .exe file never showed up in the Office subdirectory
I captured the errors; it appeared that Wine crashed at some point.
The question is: can Office 2000 or parts of it be installed under this wine
version, and if not, which version will install it? I have lost track.
