Hi. Does anyone have a patch or workaround for the 50 BLF limit of Aastra phones? I have a couple 57i with the 560M console and only the first 50 BLF lines get registered. I am using the latest firmware from Aastra but I read that this limit was imposed because of a memory leak. Obviously my customer is complaining about these last 10 lines not showing their status. -- Telecomunicaciones

Hi, I need to make use of BLF feature on Aastra 6757i phones but its an Asterisk 1.4 using realtime architecture. Extensions are defined in realtime database and dial plan is in AEL. I am able to correctly setup hints in the dialplan, but they don't work. Did some research and found out that hints don't work work with realtime extensions. Is there any work around? I have a 536i expansion module attached to a 57i-CT. The BLF lights on the 536i will light up and work fine for a while... however after a bit they seem to loose their ability to see if someone is on a phone. They still work to dial, if I try to dial, however, they don't light up when someone makes a call, or if their phone rings. If I reboot the phone, the lights start working again

Would anyone happen to have some examples of polycom configs, specifically the 650 with sidecar for blf. I have the asterisk side all configured since I've set up blf with other types of phones, but I'm missing the polycom side. I've put together a <mac>-directory.xml, and the sidecar now lists numbers as speed dials but does not subscribe to blf.

Hi there, I am running Asterisk 1.2. I have a Grandstream GXP2000 and Aastra 9133i with BLF/Speedial configured for other extensions. The hint's are all configured in extensions.conf and it seems to work as it is supposed to until I reload the configuration in Asterisk or reboot the server. I tried 1.0.1.12, 1.0.1.13 and now 1.0.2.13 on the GXP2000. I doubt it's the firmware if it is happening on two completely different phones. Actually, I have tested this here with an Aastra 9133i and an Asterisk@Home server, and the 9133i will re-subscribe on its own after an Asterisk reboot, if you wait long enough. It took on the order of an hour to do so. Of course, a phone reboot will get it done faster, if necessary, but it _will_ eventually re-subscribe on its own.
