Hi there, I just installed the GUI for Asterisk 1.4.4 and correctly set my settings but when I use my browser to access it, it gives me an error saying "Not Found. Nothing to see here, move along" with "asterisk" in the header and footer... anyone had this problemn before? greetz

Everyone, I need a rock solid reliable way of sending calls from Asterisk to Skype. No need for the other direction. Would chanskype or siskyee be better for this? Does anyone have any experience? The trial versions are so crippled they are useless for testing. Chanskype only lets you test a 15 second call, and siskyee keeps interrupting the conversation so you can't hear the quality.

Your characterization may be true but Skype works much better than SIP when it comes to sound quality. I have SIP softphone with Asterisk server and Skype on the same workstation. Earlier last year I had a 5.7 system running with skype. It worked fine. Later last year I had to reinstall my entire system. I didn't install skype then. Yesterday I tried to find a version of skype to use on 5.7, but couldn't find one on skype.com; there's no version for RH/CentOS 5.7. Does anyone know where a working skype can be found? Thanks.
