Asterisk stops responding to SIP/ZAP

SIP Problems continue...
SIP channel hang ups are progressively getting worse and I'm really grasping at straws here trying to find out what the cause is. Zaptel slow dial out - TDM400P
Below is a copy of my log, zapata.conf & extensions.conf that relate to the ZAP lines. Basically when we dial out it takes on 10-12 seconds before the ZAP line actaully picks up. Park & No Announce?
We're using Grandstream GXP-2000 with programmed buttons to the first 5 parking lot extensions. When a call is parked, whichever parking lot extension it's parked on lights up red. We've never used the "announce" part and I'm wondering if there's an option I can't seem to find to disable the announce so the transfer happens faster. Thanks for any help, Ken

No CallerID Transfer Problem
Came upon a problem today that I thought I'd see if it's by design, if I'm missing an option somewhere, or if my fix is the way to fix it. Page hangs up after 5 seconds

gpx 2000 Busy Lamp Field
Hello, I configured both asterisk and grandstream 2000 accourding to howtos on the web.. And everything seems working fin. But if i reload asterisk grandstream stops working with BLF. I need to restart the phone to enable BLF again. Any clues??

Dropped calls
I have a very serious problem with calls between PAP2-NA and a TDM2400 (8 FXO). Almost every call dropped after between 20 and 30 seconds with conversation. I disable the sound card, serial and other things on my server, but the problem still continues. I've changed the RPT Packet Size to .20 on PAP2-NA, but nothing. some transfers dropped.
We are having an issue with transferred calls being dropped. Looking at the asterisk 1.2.10 logs, it appears that when it is dropped, the SIP unit send a CANCEL message to the server. On successful transfers this is not seen. The errors logged in the SIP Unit error log, I believe are from the second attempt to transfer the call, after it has actually been disconnected. Nothing is

FXO Hangs up automatically
Hi, I'm having problems using a TDM400P Card. I put my SIM card in a Nokia Premicell and connected it to a TDM400P card but when I make calls to the number, it hangs up automatically. cannot set outgoing cid

Dropped calls -> reproducing scenario
So I think I am able to reproduce the dropped call scenario. Here is what I do to get a dropped call: 1. Call 1-800-tmobile 2. Go true their IVR and get connected to the customer service IVR 3. Enter my number and SSN 4. press 0 5. Then the audio please hold starts. After about 2-4 seconds the call gets dropped.
