1.4 segfaulting when manager client is connected
I was just trying astman with the latest svn trunk from Dec 31. It connects, but if I attempt to make a call, asterisk segfaults, but in pthread_kill in /lib/tls/libpthread.so not in the asterisk code. Is this something others have seen? This is with glibc-2.3.4-2 I just upgraded to 2.3.6 (the lastest for Fedora core 3) and it's the same. Not much of a traceback, it's happening here:

Lost setting up IAXmodem after drive crash
A few weeks ago, I lost my Trixbox that was all set up with Hylafax and IAXmodem. I am trying to set it up for email > procmail > faxmail > iaxmodem > asterisk >sipext > ATA (with attached fax). I have followed all the instructions on creating the IAX extension and configuring the IAXmodem config file. I can see the connection in Asterisk: iax2 show peers Name/Username

RXFax and Hangup context Question.
Hello: I have been using the asterisk system now for almost 5 months. I'm very happy with it's performance, however I have been using the RXFAX on and off for the last month or so. I gave up after a while and just had it route to my analog fax machine in the fax context. However, I have always had the implementation that it would go to a macro.. macro-faxreceive, and to the rxfax of the

rxfax trouble on bristuffed capi
Hi all, My BRIstuffed 0.2.0-RC7k is running fine on my debian box for voice calls over ISDN2. Now I want to implement receiving incoming faxes into my setup so I did a google and some reading on the wiki. I got the spandsp 0.0.2pre10 package compiled and installed, patched asterisk's apps makefile and compiled * again. This all worked out fine. When integrating the RxFax into my dialplan the

cenboxplot(): Reporting Limit Twice Correct Concentration
I've gone over the data and do not see my error; the dput() output of the data frame and the pdf output of cenboxplot() are attached. The command used: cenboxplot(sb.t$quant, sb.t$ceneq1, range=1.5, main='Total Recoverable Antimony', xlab='Pre-Mining Era', ylab='Concentration (log mg/L)') (on a single line in emacs). The RL on the plot is drawn at 0.01 rather

[RFT 05/13] powerpc: Constify ioreadX() iomem argument (as in generic implementation)
The ioreadX() helpers have inconsistent interface. On some architectures void *__iomem address argument is a pointer to const, on some not. Implementations of ioreadX() do not modify the memory under the address so they can be converted to a "const" version for const-safety and consistency among architectures. make_file() could ignore ENODEV errors (from afs filesystem)
Hi, Would it be acceptable to patch make_file() in flist.c to ignore any ENODEV's and not mark them as io_error=1? In afs, a mountpoint to a volume which does not exist gives an ENODEV. As such, it can't be copied, so should (or could) just be ignored? The io_error isn't terminal, but it does disable the delete function and you end up with an exit code of 23. regards |<evin

usb - audio asterisk crashes
I am using usb-audio for Console/Dsp with asterisk. it is crashing 1.4.21 and also svn. During the brief times its working the audio is choppy but understandable. I have used aplay and arecord at the same time on the same wave file and they work fine every time and I have done it MANY times. Asterisk failes after 1 or 2 times. Any ideas on something I can try? ifelse problem - bug or operator error
Hi R-Helpers, I don't think I need to post a dataset for this question but if I do, I can. Anyway, I am having a lot of trouble with the ifelse command. Here is my code: vn$PM.DIST_flag <- ifelse( (vn$PM.EXP > 0.0) & (vn$PM.DIST.TOT != 1.0), 1, 0 ) And here is my output that doesn't make ANY sense: PM.EXP PM.DIST.TOT PM.DIST_flag 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 177502 1 0 31403

exit code 23 - inappropriate error for copying symlinks?
Hi, I've just created a small directory as an example, it holds a file and two symlinks that don't point to anything, and another symlink going nowhere in a subdirectory. rsync (2.5.5) is happy to copy these but produces an error. I can't see why it considers this an error? It's not even aborting after it first encounters this 'error'. $ ls -lR /var/tmp/rsync.test
