I'm pulling my hair out trying to setup a mirrored logical volume. lvconvert tells me I don't have enough free space, even though I have hundreds of gigabytes free on both physical volumes. Command: lvconvert -m1 /dev/vg1/iscsi_deeds_data Insufficient suitable allocatable extents for logical volume : 10240 more required Any ideas? Thanks!, Gordon Here's the output from the

/proc/mounts always shows "nobarrier" option for xfs, even when mounted with "barrier"
Ran into a confusing situation today. When I mount an xfs filesystem on a server running centos 5.4 x86_64 with kernel 2.6.18-164.9.1.el5, the barrier/nobarrier mount option as displayed in /proc/mounts is always set to "nobarrier" Here's an example: [root at host ~]# mount -o nobarrier /dev/vg1/homexfs /mnt [root at host ~]# grep xfs /proc/mounts /dev/vg1/homexfs /mnt xfs

belongs_to causing NoMethodError exceptions ... ?
I''ve got a really strange problem using belongs_to. I apologize in advance for the length... this is going to take a while to explain. Basic idea: Creating a User requires that the user enter an email address and activation key that matches an existing PendingUser. After creating the user successfully, that pending user should be marked as "used". The problem: When I

imap panic: file array.c: line 10 (array_idx_modifiable_i)
Hello, Are there any chances that I could fix this issue by running a "doveadm force-rsync" (https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Tools/Doveadm/ForceResync) on this problematic mailbox? You could try force-resync, it is safe to run. Anyways, without backtrace from core file it's hard to say. Aki On 27.1.2020 9.05, mabi wrote: > Hello, > > Does anyone one have any idea? ENC: Action Originate (Asterisk Manager) X Monitor()
Hi people! I need a help. I connect with Asterisk Manager and execute an Originate Action that asks for Asterisk to call for a number 09194**** and to transfer to peer 101. This command enters in my dial plan extension that I made exclusively for tests. The problem is: If I do the call through ORIGINATE Action, the Monitor() just makes the record file, but this is empty, if I do

[long] major problems on fs; e2fsck running out of memory
Hello ext3 list, I am having an odd issue with one of my filesystems, and I am hoping someone here can help out. Yes, I do have backups. :) But as is often the case, it's nice to avoid restoring from backup if possible. If there is a more appropriate place for this question please let me know. After quite a while between reboots, I saw a report on the console that the filesystem was

Custom forms and fieldWithErrors tags
Hi, (probably) A newbie questions: I have a form where a user can choose an email address, but there are only some choices for the domain, so I wrote a helper where the local part of the email is a text field and the domains is a dropdown list, like: Select Email: [ my_name ] @ <domain.com> ..which I defined as a helper: def email_form(tagname, domain_list)

validates_confirmation_of has stopped working
Hi Railers, I''m past considering myself a noob in Rails land - I think what I''m up against here is more of a bug or an anomaly that I''m unaware of (or that has changed in a recent version). I had a fully working validates_confirmation_of :email_address field in my app - was one of the first things I set up, extremely simple, been working for a long time. Then one

I have a caller screen queue setup. Basically a caller calls in, goes through a IVR, and before that caller is put into the queue, they get a sub ran on them first asking for them to say there name. That gets saved and they are entered into the queue using Queue(mainqueue,,,,300). In the queues.conf i have a list of members these are local/extension at external-default, there are two

[PATCH 1/1] appliance: init: Avoid running degraded md devices
'--no-degraded' flag in the first mdadm call inhibits the startup of array unless all expected drives are present. This will prevent starting arrays in degraded state. Second mdadm call (after LVM is scanned) will scan unused yet devices and make an attempt to run all found arrays even they are in degraded state. Two new tests are added. This fixes rhbz1527852. Here is boot-benchmark
