Is there any option that will covert a text file from one system to the other? I have a few files on linux with extension TXT. There are plain text files. On NT, TXT is associated with the "notepad" and opens with the file as one long string. This is the typical CR/LF conversions between Unix and DOS. Hi all, I've got notepad.exe to work under wine (i think it's built in). I'm trying to get wordpad.exe to work now. It's currently in ~/driveC/Program Files/Accessories. Wine says it can't find wordpad.exe. Do i need to add an explicit path for it in wine config, or should the windows registry supply the path?
