I was copying tracks from CD into mp3 files so that I could use it in Asterisk 1.4.21.2 MOH. (BTW, I have already secured proper license to play MOH to callers.) I'm using wine-1.1.3 and alsa-lib-1.0.17.r1 on Gentoo. Music from most games plays like a stuck record and eventually all sound dissapears. Pulseaudio nowhere to be seen. When I say most games, this hasn't happened with older games like Diablo II and Caesar III. Having said that, Diablo II did loose all sound and one point... It is a more common problem with more modern games though!
