spandsp 0.0.3 RxFax fax reception crashes bristuffed asterisk 1.2.13
Hi Last month, people reported a crash with Asterisk 1.2.13 and spandsp-0.0.3 when receiving a fax using fax detection. Today I've tried 1.2.14 with the latest spandsp 0.0.3pre27 and with the snapshots for app_rxfax.c and app_txfax.c. The problem still happens. Has anyone found how to resolve this issue? I tried emailing Steve Underwood (with crash backtrace) but he hasn't

app_backticks and 1.6
Hello, Is there any app_backticks (see http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+Backticks) equivalent or workaround for 1.6 ? In the past, I had trouble trying to use ENV() function. OpenSSH 2.3
Dear Gentlemen: a couple of months ago we ported OpenSSH 2.3 to an IBM OS/390 Mainframe machine: It ran very well until we tried to connect to an SSH server using SSH2 protocol. On the OS/390 (which is the client) it comes up with the following error messages: >ssh -v -2 somehost . . . debug: bits set: 504/1024 debug: len 55 datafellows 0 debug:

Using missing() in a S4 method with extra arguments
Hi all, I have a function which makes use of missing() to determine which arguments are provided in the call - basically, there are two sets of arguments that map to different strategies the function uses to fulfill its task. After conversion to an S4 generic I've run into the problem that if a method uses extra arguments that are not in the signature of the generic, usage of missing()

Hi folks, i've set up a samba 3.5.7 as a ADS Memberserver (W2K3). callgroup and callwaiting for IAX clients
Hi Gurus. I searched the lists, wiki and the rest of the web but I still do not understand this. My Setup is as follows: [ISDN via chan_capi or IAX2 DiD Provider] => [* PBX] => [IAX2 Clients (Atcom AT-320ED)] I want to get callgroup/pickupgroup and callwaiting working on the IAX phones. Some web sources told me that this was not implemented, others say that the phone has to handle

Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'N' not found
I'm running an LSODA to generate some graphs, but I need to stop at a certain point and use those values to generate another LSODA output. This is working fine, but when I try to run the second LSODA, I get the "Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'N' not found". Any ideas what can be causing this? I have no object 'N' anywhere in the script. I made an

Problem with documentation of user-defined operator (S4 method)
Dear list members, I have defined a binary operator %append% with methods for some S4 classes. In my documentation file, I want to list the methods explicitly by using e.g.: \S4method{\%append\%}{RecLinkData,RecLinkData}(x, y) In the HTML documentation this comes out right as ## S4 method for signature 'RecLinkResult,RecLinkResult' x %append% y , but R CMD check

replicator: Panic: data stack: Out of memory
Hi, I have set up 2 SLES 15 Hosts with dovecot and replication. Everything seems to work fine but every time a message is delivered, I get an out of memory error in the logs. The Replication itself seems to work fine though. I increased default_vsz_limit to 512M but the only thing that changed was that dovecot was trying to allocate 1073741864 bytes instead of 268435496 As I said, I?m running

How to find out if a data frame has automatic row names?
Hi all, I just stumbled across the difference between explicit and 'automatic' row names for data frames. Is there a quick way to find out if a data frame has automatic row names or not? Of course I know this for data frames that I create myself, but what if a function needs to extract this information for an argument? The following example shows that this property is not easily

substitution of two faulty servers
thanks for reply, but the problem is the number of replications, I have replication factor 3 so what would be the best way to substitute 2 bricks? as I understood properly first I need to add the server to gluster as a node, afterwards I need to add bricks to the volume (but if the number of bricks is not a factor of 3 it is not possible), or, if there is other way please drop me a hint or

[R] Sweave stops when opening X11 device fails
Hi all, I am posting this again because I got no reply on r-help. Maybe the devel-list is the right place for this kind of question. I've run into the following problem with Sweave: I frequently run Sweave from a xterm console within an X session owned by a different user, i.e. my colleague is logged in on this computer and I do "su" with my username and start R and Sweave

Two departments on two different locations
Hi there, like topic sais, I'd like to build a domain-system with two locations. Our users work one day here the other day in the other place. The two locations are connected via VPN (10MBit). To have one datastore in sync on both locations I was thinking about something like a distributed filesystem (e.g. ceph). Why? I hope to be able to setup the cluster between the two locations with a
