weird undocumented extensions such as s-BUSY
I've seen several examples that use extensions such as;
s-BUSY
s-NOANSWER
etc...
It's more or less evident what they do, but I've searched for some
FORMAL documentation everywhere and have found nothing.
Do they work for anything else than "s-"? (I think I've seen other
examples, but can't find them now)
Are they standard in any way?
What are the allowed values

Snom 320 echo
Has anyone ever encountered an echo on the IP phone side of a call? It is an echo of the user's own voice. I believe that no one else in the office is experiencing this problem. The phone itself is a Snom 320. I've asked Snom for assistance since my source no longer carries Snom, but unlike previous times they've been slow to respond.

Hi,
I'm using Debian Stable with Samba from SerNet (3.0.28-21).
Most of it is working, but there is one issue:

SetGroup and CheckGroup problems
I have a rather long dial plan, but it includes support for call waiting.
However, the setgroup checkgroup commands don't seem to be working. Can
anyone help on this one?
Excerpts are below. First exten-vm is dialed and then dial-new.
As I understand, priority 1 increments the active channels for the caller
and then in "dial-new" priority 8 increments for Arg3, or the Callee

Help with lm and multiple linear regression? (Plain Text version)
(Apologies the previous version was sent as rich text)
Hello,
I'm new to R, but I've read the intro to R and successfully connected it to an instance of mysql. I'm trying to perform multiple linear regression, but I'm having trouble using the lm function. To start, I have read in a simply y matrix of values(dependent variable) and x matrix of independent variables. It says both

BB - a new package for solving nonlinear system of equations and for optimization with simple constraints
Hi,
We (Paul Gilbert and I) have just released a new R package on CRAN called
"BB" (stands for Barzilai-Borwein) that provides functionality for solving
large-scale (and small-scale) nonlinear system of equations. Until now, R
didn't have any functionality for solving nonlinear systems. We hope that
this package fills that need.
We also have an implementation of the

Hello, I'm testing samba 4 rc2.
I have created the domain without troubles using the command:

All is good, but in the step 7

LDAP schema for mailLocation?
Hi,
I would like to try implementing user specific default_mail_env's as described
here:
http://wiki.dovecot.org/moin.cgi/MailLocation
using the LDAP attribute 'mailLocation'.
However, I have been unable to find any LDAP schema which contains
mailLocation. What schema is this attribute part of?
Thanks,

Thinderbird+delete+move to Trash folder
hi All,
I have a problem, which makes me headache. I can't find out, what is the
problem.
I have a mail szerver, which works just fine as expected, TB move
messages to trash folder after I delete it, and they are moved.
I have an other server. If I delete a message, it doesn't move to the
Trash folder. As deleted_to_trash plugin is installed, if I only mark
messages as deleted, they

Help with R and MySQL
Hello,
This forum has been very helpful to me in the past, and I've run out of ideas on how to solve my problem.
I had been using R and MySQL (and Perl) together for quite some time successfully on my Windows XP machine. However, I recently had some problems with MySQL (the ibdata file had become 35GB on my hard drive, turns out it's a known bug with InnoDB), and ultimately the way I

seleccionar columnas de un dataframe mediante variables
Hola a todos:
Rediela!!
Si hago la prueba con
rangoAnalisis<-c(110:120)
Funciona!!!
Pero como os comenté antes, no.
Ojo!!!
La idea es que tanto columnaInicial como columnaFinal son
números(índices) de columna!!! De hecho, haciendo el str() de estas
variables me indica que son del tipo num
Un saludo

Rejecting a Call
All,
Is there a way of rejecting a call using SIP in the Asterisk Dialplan?
Essentially, I want to look at the called number and if it matches
something I don't like I want to send back a SIP response which will not
cause the other end to 'hunt'. The response codes that will achieve
this are:
401 Unauthorized
403 Forbidden
Is there a way of getting Asterisk to send back such a

I have two servers on a switch: asteriskm is 192.168.0.160 and asterisk1 is
192.168.0.161 asteriskm has a Sangoma T1 card in it. I want to route calls
from asteriskm to asterisk1 which will run an AGI IVR for the call.
Config is below, but my problem is that 90-95% of the time when I start
asterisk on the two servers I get the
