similar to: TDM 400P in the UK - doesn't see ringing calls hanging up before answer

Can anyone tell me what this message means? Got event 17 (Polarity Reversal)... I'm running DAHDI 2.0 with a TDM401 card. Asterisk version 1.6.0. It appears that I get this Polarity Reversal each time an inbound call hangs up. This results in another ring, but no one is there. It appears as an unknown caller, but I believe its a phantom. Hello list. I have a question about how to read the incoming calls' callerid on an FXO interface of a TDM 400 analog card; (it's one of those RED modules). Now -may this is the complexity adding step..- I have a GSM gateway attached to this FXO thing; incoming calls are processed as they should. But both when peeking on the CLI, as well as in the phone display I do not see the caller id.

Hi I have had a TDM400p for a year now, recently I have been having problems with 'static' noise completely drowning out a call ( inbound only not on outbound calls)., has anyone else experience this and able to offer a solution. I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP335. There are no inbound routes set to the phones yet. However, the phones are getting phantom rings. What is the legitimacy of these calls? Has anyone figured out how to power a Digium TDM 400P card in a Dell 1750 server? I opened the server and noticed that there is no access to 4 pin power to power the card.
