You definetly need a TAP connection to make samba work over VPN. We use OpenVPN host2net-accounts created with IPCop here since quite a while and it works with samba without problems. We have a server running linux with a samba shared directory. We have sever windows xp machines that map the samba shared directory using the same user name and password. All has gone well for a couple of years. Now, on some of the machines, it won't allow the mapping of the samba share reporting "Access denied" I have made sure that the proper user name and password is used.

Has anybody tested Resco Radio with Icecast 2.3.1? We have a listener who can connect to other stations without a problem, but his connections to Icecast buffer and drop. He's connecting via Cingular wireless, but as I said, other connections seem to work without a problem. Any insight would be appreciated. -mp

I'm try Spandsp (opensource) and Attrafax (commercial) both on asterisk 1.4.23) but the results are disappointing. with spandsp many times the fax arrives cut. with Attrafax i have some problem.
