Hello: Have a TE110P laying around and decided to see if I could build a router around it. I've tried compiling several versions of zaptel .1.4.x with the same results. I checked the zaptel changelog and can't find anything about it no longer being supported (or that it ever was for that matter). ztcfg: Zaptel Configuration SPAN 1: CCS/HDB3 Build-out: 0 db (CSU)/0-133 feet (DSX-1)

I decided to try 1.4 today. Zaptel builds, installs and seems to load correctly and Asterisk builds, installs and works but no Zap lines. Well, I'm experiencing a similar problem with my setup... debian etch, asterisk 1.4.2, zaptel 1.4.1, ... I cannot find the chan_zap.so module file anywhere, tried recompiling with zaptel 1.4.0... no change... I was successful in compiling asterisk in raspbien except for the following error If I enable the gsm codec. It appears there is something in the Makefile n this directory that needs to be changed. I'd like to be able to save the choices made in menuselect in a way that they can be tracked in a CM system and applied to a later release of Asterisk using an automated tool like Ansible. What's the best way to do that?
