Distributed ACD Queues
It seems that I am having a heck of a time explaining my attempts at distributing ACD Queues to the list. Here's one little problem, that's only a piece of the puzzle. dundi.conf: 180q => global_dundi_q_pbx1,100,IAX,dundi1:${SECRET}@${IPADDR}/${NUMBER},nopartial 180q => global_dundi_q_pbx2,200,IAX,dundi2:${SECRET}@${IPADDR}/${NUMBER},nopartial 180q =>

ACD Distributed Scenario....
We need to make sure that all queue applications run on the correct system that the user agents that own the queue application are registered to. So when a server fails and the user agents register with their secondary server (which will always be configured to be the same server for those related agents) the queue application is running on that server and routed to correctly by it's peers.

DUNDi with SIP
Anyone out there have a functional DUNDi configuration using SIP for the inter-Asterisk transport? I've gotten it to work with IAX2, but if I change it to SIP it does not pass the call over even though it knows where to send it. Thanks. Transferring a call with IAX
Here's an interesting question: If I transfer a call from Asterisk system to another with IAX, is there any way I can get control back on the original system? Or.. do I lose control, and the dialplan has to continue on the new system? Scenario is we transfer calls to an Asterisk system that handles ACD queues. If the ACD queue times out, we want to send the caller to voicemail on another

DUNDi configuration problem
Hi peeps, I've been struggling with DUNDi for a few days now and I can't seem to make call from Asterisk A to Asterisk B. If I do a "dundi show peers", it finds the other peer but I can't seem to make any calls. Can anybody help me out here. Here's the situation: Machine 1: Debian with Asterisk 1.4.4 --> 192.168.1.103 Machine 2: AsteriskNOW --> 192.168.1.69 The

DUNDi in 1.2.7.1
Hi few weeks ago I read about redundancy (HA) of asterisk boxes using DNS, DUNDi, so I decided to give it a try. OS FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE, asterisk 1.2.7.1 on one peer I get: lk110*CLI> dundi show peers EID Host Model AvgTime Status 00:11:43:3d:69:e6 195.28.109.37 (S) Symmetric Unavail OK (1 ms) 1 dundi peers [1 online, 0 offline, 0

DUNDi with two servers
Hi, I'm having difficulties with using DUNDi between two servers. If it were three I think I could control looping by limiting TTL, but with two I'm not sure how to prevent a loop causing bad things to happen. I've tried ttl=1 but things still blow up. The DUNDi configurations are pretty simple and work just fine in both directions as long as only one of them is using the switch

DUNDi with SIP Mapping
>From the reading and testing I have done it doesn't look like SIP supports a username and password in the Dial string. I currently have the following mapping. priv => dundi-extens,0,SIP, dundi:pass at 1.1.1.1/${NUMBER},nounsolicited,nocomunsolicit,nopartial On the sending side I see NOTICE[31598] chan_sip.c: Conflicting extension values given. Apache 2.2 itk - 404 not found
Hi all, Freshly installed apache 2.2 with httpd-itk (from epel). When I try to access apache's document root from a browser on local network, it always serve me the Apache welcome page, even if I have a index.html and a phpinfo.php file in the /var/www/html folder. If point the browser specifically to http://server/index.html, I get a '404 Not found error'. I'm running CentOS

Requested contexts didn't get merged
Hello, I have two asterisk servers and I would like to merge their dialplans. I thought DUNDi would be a natural choice. I created the following configuration on the first server: iax.conf Code: [dundi] type=user dbsecret=dundi/secret context=dundi-local dundi.conf [general] ttl=4 autokill=yes cachetime=30 entityid=00:06:5B:8E:B0:08 secretpath=dundi bindaddr=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX port=4520

[priv] type=friend dbsecret=dundi/secret context=longdistance Hope this helps, in your case Dundi will save you a world of work on configuring that many systems, in fact if you structure Dundi like spokes around a small number of master servers, the config gets real easy.Let me know how it goes. Mixed model question
Hi, I am new to this list as a poster, but a reader for some time. I've using R for several weeks now, and I have a lot of questions about certain procedures. Here I go: I want to test if there are differences in the time spent by pollinators visiting flowers of a given plant species, according to a number of experimental manipulations made on those flowers. All experimental

unbalanced design for anova with low number of replicates
Hello, I'm wondering what's the best way to analyse an unbalanced design with a low number of replicates. I'm not a statistician, and I'm looking for some direction for this problem. I've a 2 factor design: Factor batch with 3 levels, and factor dose within each batch with 5 levels. Dose level 1 in batch one is replicated 4 times, level 3 is replicated only 2 times. all
