I'm experiencing touch tone recognition issues when calling some outside phone systems. For instance, if I call my Nextel phone, and try to press * to enter my voicemail, Nextel's system does not "hear" the DTMF tone. I've also experienced other outside phone systems for which I am unable to use their touch tone menus. Oddly, this isn't the case with all outside systems.

Hello all, I am looking for a way to restrict users from logging in two separate phones with the same authorization name/password at the same time. Meaning, I only want users to be able to place a call from one phone in one location, but have the ability to move from computer to computer. I see the MYSQL() application, but as far as I understand I have to connect to the database each time I want to query it; this seems a CPU eater to me. Anybody ever run into a case where the Sipura Dial Plan will not work with the S0 option to immediately connect? My Dial plan reads (*xx|[3469]11S0|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxxS0|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0) and I can dial ONLY then numbers in the dial plan so I know that it works. For some reason when I dial 5551212 1212121212 It does not dial for a while and then it dials 555 1212 Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, When I setup a user, I give them an extension like 570xxxxxxx. This is fine and dandy while in one area code, but we've since gone to other area codes. I'd like the user's to retain the ability to dial 7 digits no matter what number they have. Any thoughts on how to do that? EXAMPLE: User has number 7175551212. I've been looking at the Linksys SRW224P, since I've had good luck with the SRW224 in our office. However, Nortel, Cisco, Adtran, etc. all have an offering, all of which vary in price.
