I've set up a Samba 3.0.6-3 (Debian/testing) server as a member of a Win2k ADS domain. Before studying your configs, what have you tried so far? Did you change this? Also, try changing your second span timing from span=2,2,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4 to span=2,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4.
