Loading an S object into R
I hope you'll all forgive me for displaying my severe lack of knowledge on this topic, and I can't really provide much in the way of reproducible code. A colleague of mine has asked if I know how to import an S object into R. The object is stored in a file named 'pre3.f' When I open the file as a text document I get what's printed below. Being one of those young bucks with

Liebert PSA "On Battery" report
Hi, Back in 2011, it was reported that Liebert PSA devices persist in reporting OB (On Battery) when using usbhid-ups regardless of the actual state. Pier Paolo did some work (2011) which reportedly solved the issue. However, that doesn't seem to have reached mainstream and I now face the same problem. I'm using NUT 2.6.3 with a new Liebert PSA 1500Va that only ever reports OB and

I guess it's kind of a natural response on my part, working professionally in software. T-Shooting step one: Get current and see if the problem persists. If it does, then step rwo: debug. 2+ years is forever in software, noting that 2.6.3 was mid 2012 . . . - Tim On October 17, 2014 9:38:15 PM CDT, Charles Lepple <clepple at gmail.com> wrote: >On Oct 17, 2014, at 8:31 PM, Tim Dawson

PSA: Parallel STL algorithms available in LLVM
Hi all, This is just a PSA that as of r302752, 3 parallel algorithms (for_each, for_each_n, and sort) are available in llvm/Support/Parallel.h. Effort was made to match the C++ Parallelism TS N4507 [ http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2015/n4507.pdf] as closely as possible, but some aspects were intentionally omitted. No support is added for the executor proposal N4406 [

Requirement To build ROC curve using only PSA(variable) alone of the original cohort against the ROC of the Model of the original cohort. It would be really great if you could help me with this. Did anything weird happen to the git monorepo?
Hi, I got a forced update when pulling today. If I merge master to a local branch, I get a bunch of add/add conflicts. This same commit exists under several hashes: https://github.com/llvm-project/llvm-project-20170507/commit/687841777ef505 https://github.com/llvm-project/llvm-project-20170507/commit/74725885552 Did someone push -f to the monorepo after doing branch surgery? [cfe-dev] [PSA] minimum toolchain update completed
At Microsoft, we believe that we gain a competitive advantage by making the Visual Studio versioning story as complicated as possible. To wit: The compiler in the first VS 2015 release was version 19.00. For each update/hotfix release, we bumped that version by .01. When VS 2017 was released, we decided to keep the major compiler version the same to signify backwards-binary-compatibility with the

PSA: Parallel STL algorithms available in LLVM
It's hard to say. By definition it appears undefined (in the sense that the TS literally does not define it), but on the other hand it is a TS and this issue would (hopefully) come up and be specified before it made it to standardization. Supporting recursive parallel calls certainly seems like desirable behavior, so from my point of view it would be nice to make sure it works. Not sure if
