Coice recognition IVR?
Hello everyone. Is it possible to do some very basic voice recognition from within Asterisk's dialplan? What I'm aiming at is the ability to speak the digits I want to dial from my mobile phone. Dialing digits on my mobile phone while driving is not all that safe... Thanks for any input, Cosmin Prund

CTI interface(s) for Asterisk? [REALLY LONG MESSAGE - SORRY]
Hi. I have just finished Googling the list archive for information on doing CTI with Asterisk. I never found a definitive "here's how it's done" answer, but I did see a number of postings indicating that it was at least a possibility. (For those of you who already know about CTI, please pardon the pedantic introductions to each section.) Here are my questions: [First Party

Modifying Voicemail App
I want to add things to the prompts like: "mark urgent" "add to message" "pause while recording message" Any examples of how to do this? I'd also like to switch around prompts, not simply edit the sound files. Is it an agi, special dailplan, patching the app_voicemail.c file? All three? Any input/examples are welcome. -thanks

popup forms?
I searched a bit, but have come up short. Are there any libraries for creating popup forms w/ rails? These would not be displayed in a separate browser window, but rather made visible over an open page and adjacent to a clicked link -- similar to the google maps baloons, or the gmail popups. Lots of other examples out there... Thanks --------------------------------- Talk is cheap. Use

Lighthttpd not working as default (configuration?)
Hi, On the api doc it is written that if lighttpd is installed, rails will use it as its web server instead of WebBrick. I have installed lighthttpd and verified it works (for example on the default port 80) but when lauching script/server, it still uses WebBrick. I wondering if I need to edit /etc/lighttpd/lighthttpd.conf myself or configure something else. Any idea? Thanks Oscar

how did wine devs get some values in winbase.h ?
Hey, I'm using mingw on Windows for compilation of linux programs and there is a value that is missing in the mingw winbase.h header file: FILE_MAP_EXECUTE the wine winbase.h file has that value, but mingw devs can't copy it because of the licence used in wine. So my question is : where do wine devs get these numbers ?

[PATCH] daemon: inspect: ignore fstab devs that cannot be resolved (RHBZ#1608131)
If the /etc/fstab of a guest contains devices specified with UUID or LABEL, then the new OCaml inspection code will report the findfs failure as general failure of the inspection. OTOH, the old C inspection code simply ignored all the devices that cannot be resolved. Hence, restore the old behaviour by ignoring unresolvable devices. --- daemon/inspect_fs_unix_fstab.ml | 12 ++++++++++-- 1 file

Stable llvm/clang commits for devs
Hi, Since I am new around here and I could not find this anywhere, is there something like a list of commit ids of llvm and clang which are known to work together? I've ran a lot of times in this situation that I can't build clang because some interfaces changed in llvm and I had to find commits which work together by multiple checkout and compile iterations by hand. As you probably all
