Read Back Caller ID Using Number Announcement in Digital Receptionist

Caller ID Matching in extensions.conf
I'm running 1.2.9.1, and I can't get caller id dialplan matching to work. how to decrease answer time !

How can I read date format '02-Jan-02' ?
Hello, I am trying to read a database exported from SAS. It is form of csv, and the date format reads '02-Feb-99'.
