Losing registration - ast 1.4.39 and innomedia 6328-2Re
All, I'm having a problem with an Innomedia 6328-2Re (old Sunrocket Gizmo). It keeps losing registration after a period of time ranging from a few minutes to a few hours. It seems that right before it loses registration, it fails to send a second register (after the 401 unauthorized). Here's a transcript from wireshark (at the end). The last message is all that's received and

innomedia ATA's
We are testing the innomedia ATA's to possibly replace our current line up of ATA's that we are using. Has anyone used their product? What is their track record on stability, voice quality, DTMF talkoff, T.38 Thanks Bryant ---------------------------------------- From: "Zeeshan Zakaria" <zishanov at gmail.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 13, 2010 10:41 AM To:

Between stablity issues, T38 and DTMF talkoff all three suffer some combination of issues. I am looking at Patton and Innomedia. Has any one tried either brand and what is your experience with them. Which would be the base for stability, audio quality, provisioning, DTMF

Sudden appearance of SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized
Yesterday we moved one of our servers to a new IP. We updated DNS and various adapters configured to register to that server registered to the new IP correctly. All seemed to be well. This evening I discovered that with one exception, all of the adapters are getting a SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized message back from asterisk. The exception is an Innomedia adapter -- Linksys PAP2's and (I

Is there someone out there that is using Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan with asterisk? I have one there connecting using a digium 4 port fxo card. We can get and make calls. the problem is that about 40% of the time when we make a call - even if it is one that we have made recently - we get back "That number can not be compleeted as dialed" or something like that in Chinese. Any help

Dear Friends, Yesterday I posed a question to the list concerning the possibility of doing animation examples in R. Here is an example S-Plus (4.5 for Windows ) that I wrote to illustrate my problem. If I try this in R (comment out the graphsheet and guilocator calls) I don't see my results until after the function has iterated through the 100 trials. I would like to plot each iteration.

Dear friends, I am trying to port a collection of S-PLUS teaching functions over to R. Several of my functions use animation. Animation in S-PLUS is not ideal, but can be accomplished with a call to guiLocator (this forces the program to print to the graphsheet rather than wait until the function has completed all calculations). Does anyone know if there is a trick that will enable me to

lowess output looks wrong (PR#7891)
Just noticed nobody has commented on this, so I took a look, and I can't see the problem (2.1.0 looks the same as 2.1.1 to me). What is supposed to be wrong? Specifying error terms in aov and lme
I need to specify error terms properly in a mixed-effects anova model. I know you can add error terms in aov using Error and can specify random factors in lme but I am not sure how these get treated. When making the calculations for fixed and random factors, are the correct error terms used and how can you get aov or lme to use different error terms for fixed and random effects? I'm

Labelling contour lines
I am using contour to draw contour lines onto a photo (jpeg) of a leaf on a white background. I have two problems: 1) The contour gets plotted at right angles to the jpeg image. I guess this is a problem of referencing the start and end points of the image matrix but I can't see how to over come this other than loading in a second image that has been rotated 90 degrees and plotting the

Re: Bison, Flex, Conditional Expression
To any that may be interested in the implementation of the conditional expression in the expression parser (ast_expr2*) in asterisk, I've filed the patch at: http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=4459 Right now, a comment has been added noting that the IF func provides this capability, and asks if both would really be necessary. It's a good question. I haven't been following the

Load prediction
Hello, This is perhaps more of a regression question than R, but I am learning both, so would appreciate your wisdom here. I have some data which reflects power load for an electrical generating system, with some temporal features.
